Cleanliness, location, staff, breakfast - juices options were really amazing, so were the healthy eating options good

Amenities slightly lower than your usual ITC properties, wasn’t exactly luxury that you expect from ITC. Breakfast was ok-ish for an ITC property - had decent number of options but taste wasn’t that great. The Gujarati snack options at breakfast were okish and not much going on at the live counter - they don’t even display waht all is available at the live counters.

The staff was very helpful especially Arjun, Joshua and Sandip on duty at the restaurant. Most tourist spots and good eateries were within 15kms (about 30mins) away. The breakfast spread was great and ala carte menu for lunch and dinner had ample options. Rooms were clean and the house keeping staff Shekhar ensured we returned back to a spic and span room.

The plants outside the room windows were dead and the small ledge was home to pigeons. Something can be done about it. (to be clear, they were outside and had no access to the room)

Location- Situated in S.G .Highway. 10 mins drive from good restaurants, ISKON, malls , etc Check-In & Check-Out : Check -in was smooth . Hotel allowed a late Check-Out upto 7pm with nominal charge Check-Out was smooth and staff arranged airport drop at very reasonable charge. Room : Room was spacious with good views . Soft Bed . Breakfast: Breakfast was superb . Sufficient number of items covering North , South Indian & Continental items. Staff : Duty Manager Mr.Sadap Sheik and his team were so welcoming, polite , kind , always smiling and responsible enough to cater the needs of guests. Really they are GREAT ASSET to the hotel. 👍🏼👍🏼 Overall it is complete value for money. Highly recommended for all types of travelers. Will come again with family.

The hotel is good with trained staff. The property is clean but they can do better. The resident floors need regular cleaning. The staff too can be trained better. Overall the property is good. Highly recommended.

Cleanliness can be better.

The hotel facilities were great and the staff was exceptional. We got food poisoning through our stay and had to be admitted into hospital. The staff was incredibly helpful and supportive. They brought our bags to our hospital room and did our laundry free of charge. The hotel manager himself came to the hospital to check how we were.

The ambience, comfort, food.. overall a food stay

The stained towels .. this is something that is not accepted, taking into consideration the hygiene Kindly look into this matter. Otherwise, no complaints. Rest everything was good.

Drilling activity without intimation and intercom was not working. Could have taken care

Saving kit, toothbrush and paste were served only after demand ..it sud be without demand. Laundry bag sud be complimentary to carry used clothes..but not served even after our demand.

All the staffs were very courteous. Especially Mr. Atharva and Mr. Prabhat.

Electronics control of bed lamp failed during stay. Staffs were acted promptly.

It is suitable located ans quite with 8n as well as well connected from all side.

Well the breakfast and other facilities such as spa and swimming pools are missing
