I love the property, in fact, I am one of the repeat customers to this property at Alibaugh. I love the landscape and overall ambience, the employees of the property are extremely customer focused, exploring the property is equally interesting, now there's a Bombay Store as one the additional attractions, that too at the same price as we get in the city and last but not the least, employees are open to receive constructive feedback and work on them immediately.

I would strongly recommend to consider improving on food quality and its pricing. Food Quality 1. Overall spread at buffet is good, yet some of the individual items could not meet the desired basic standards e.g., overdose of salt in "Chana" & uncooked "Cajun Potato" - I must also appreciate the attitude of employees to accept the feedback and work on them immediately Pricing 1. Vada Pao is priced at INR 450!! I'm sure there are rooms to work out to set & meet expectations on such "celebrity" recipes :-)

One of the most pleasant stays in the recent past. The property is huge, good activities to keep you busy - cycling, cultural dance, indoor games, tambola, golf, garden area and of course not to forget the massive swimming pool, lots and lots of activities to do for the entire family (especially if you have kids). Once you wrap up the evening, you can relax to the soothing piano sound or shake a leg to some feet thumping Bollywood music or have a nice cocktail at the lounge bar - not once did we think of heading out of the property. The staff is amazingly sweet, courteous and comforting - a special shout out to Gaurav who served us at the restaurant, the food was delicious and most importantly the rooms were amazingly comfortable. The property has recently expanded, adding many luxury rooms in another wing, so book in advance and get good rates! I would rate our 2 night stay a 5/5, a must recommend for all.

We had booked spa villa, which is huge, say it bed, rooms, wash area, bath tub with a lawn. Pool is normal, separate for kids & adults not of much depth. Food service & spread is awesome be it for breakfast, lunch or dinner, buy a package for all boards, it will be pocket friendly. There is play area for children, decent spa, temple, Cycles for various ages. Enjoy the stay as much u can, all staff are not at enthusiastic level except the kitchen staff, who are on the toe to serve well to the best of class. Mr/chef Manish managing the Counter during dinner meal, Mr/chef Jitendra, Ms Priti & Mr Soham is an excellent host A+ class.

If u r coming by car, road is not that great towards approaching resort gates. Greeting while checking-in is quiet poor for Radisson standard, staff must make feel guest lively/happy, they seem low esteemed may be due to over worked. While checking-in time, they requested for payment which is wierd, boz i had stayed in hilton lonavala, they had good greeting standard plus payment at check out.

Rooms were good, ambience was nice, staff was very helpful, esp the staff at check in and in the restaurant, specially ms priti who always welcomed us with a smile food was good especially the starters. we ordered ala carte for lunch and dinner, the breakfast buffet was average only don't go to any beach nearby like alibag or varsoli beach, go to kashid beach which is the best clean beach with golden sand

the swimming pool was occupied first day of stay diue to some promotional shoot. the pool is in middle of the property surrounded by restaurant, cultural program area and the residential rooms and hence less privacy

Nestled within a spacious and stunning property, the grand design captivates with features like a lofty ceiling and a charming piano room resonating with delightful music. Our experience was further enhanced by the wheelchair service, as we accompanied our mobility-challenged mother around the expansive grounds. The staff's commendable assistance added a warm touch to our stay. The entire property enveloped us in a captivating fragrance, creating an inviting ambiance throughout. Our dining experience at the restaurant was a mix of highs and lows – the à la carte options fell somewhat short of expectations, but the breakfast spread proved to be a delightful exception. Despite the occasional presence of mosquitoes in the vast garden, the overall experience remained memorable, offering a perfect blend of beauty, convenience, and aromatic charm.

We visited Radisson to celebrate our Dad's bday. The room decoration, goodies and cake were impressive. The facilities, children's play area and the recreation room were great. They have a nice swimming pool, cycles and tennis and football turf. Piano lounge and the pianist Vaibhav were an unexpected bonus, absolutely enjoyed the evening listening and singing to old bollywood and western songs.. The breakfast spread was great with alternate options for dietary restrictions as well. The staff at Aparanta were courteous and attentive. Overall we had a wonderful stay here. Would definitely recommend it.

The property is spread out over vast land. The open area to walk around is amazing. The swimming pool was a major attraction. The clean and huge pool didn't make it feel crowded at all. The games room is a little small though. Their bar and restaurants were great and the staff is extremely friendly. Food was great too.

Housekeeping needs to do better. We happened to drop a little gravy on the bed and blanket during dinner. We tried to clean it then but some stains remained. However, the next day, housekeeping only made the bed without changing either the bedsheet or blanket cover. This needs to be taken care of. Also the approach road to the property was bad.. Especially in the rain with a lot of potholes and water logging..

Lovely layout, rooms, great service, super kitchen and food variety. Chef Rajesh pawar deserves a special mention for his friendly nature with the guests and the brilliant food creations. He customised some specific food to suit our Tastes and was eager to please and gather feedback. The local cuisine especially were a delight.

Given the natural surroundings, there are a lot of insects, frogs , around and if any of the doors or windows are kept open , there is a chance they’ll enter the rooms. The fitness centre needs an upgrade on equipment and the sports facilities need some basic stuff like badminton nets etc.

Loved the breakfast experience. Good choices and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us a complimentary cake as well. Luckily they also had swim wears to buy at the venue as we had forgotten to carry. Over all the experience was good.

Few grouses. The opener for the breezers came very late. Till then the bottle went warm. The in room dining was not upto the mark. Had opted for chicken caeser salad and a continental chicken dish for dinner. the salad was not good. Chicken was not fresh. Not happy with in room dining and bar experience.

Great property with excellent recreational facilities and good quality equipment and in sufficient quantities.

The food menu and variety was extremely limited and could have been significantly better. We unfortunately took a full board package and hence got stuck. We were there for 2 nights and experienced 2 lunches and dinners - they were the same menu both days and the taste was also a 2 out of 5. Management needs to do something about this. Even ala-carte was not any better.
