This budget hotel was much cleaner than others I’ve stayed in. The bathroom has a hot water, the location is close to both the train & bus stations. The wifi was very good. Water, tea coffee & kettle are available in the room. I like that this hotel has a proper towel as a floor mat for the bathroom. Service from Udhay was extremely good. He was polite, helpful & reliable. He ordered my auto for me, provided water replenishment & helped with bags. He also provided an umbrella when I wanted to visit the shops which are close by. Lots of suitcase / shoe shops nearby which helps if you need repairs or extra bags. Also found a veg restaurant not too far on the main road. AC worked well plus there’s a fan. There is a longer mirror (not full length but longer) in the bedroom which many other places don’t have. Bathroom floor dried quickly which was lovely. Comfortable clean room.

Bathroom towel had a lot of bobbles and not cleaned properly but I asked for another one and that one was clean. Glasses could also be cleaner. You can hear everything outside when people are talking but that’s manageable for a short stay. Pillows should be checked by the hotel regularly and changed as in humid weather mould marks can develop.

Myself and my wife along with my Daughter had checked I on 19th January 2023..The exceptional fact is that this Stay was most comfortable and services were prompt and overall it is appraised for it, s Cleanliness and quite silent surroundings with no hustle and bustle of noisy Traffic. As I had to take my Daughter for FMGE EXAMS on 20th on the following day I checked out with much satisfaction. It is highly recommended for a comfortable stay Deric Dennis Alleppey

Nothing to be specific a little more space in the Room would have been better. But there is a Lounge for every rooms

Situated close to Kochi airport and very close to Aluva train station, the place was perfect for me to do the connexion. The area is quiet, the place is very clean and well equipped. Room was super clean and bed was comfortable. I had a restful night. There was bottled water, a kettle, tea and coffee in the room. There is a dining area on the rooftop for breakfast which is included in the price. No restaurant though but I guess you can order meals. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. They helped me find the right train schedule and took me to Aluva station the next day for free. The place is perfect if you need a restful night and want to do the connexion between airport and train station.

If to say in short terms, you will have to describe Nirupama Apartments as a "Home away from Home". A sitting room, two fully equipped air-conditioned bedrooms (with brand new TV sets) (both heater provided bathrooms attached), an excellent kitchen... What else would you expect more ? That too in such a meagre price ?? I must say, you will have to pay more than this, for a double bedded Non-AC room in this Metro City..!!! I shouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to my dear and near.

The owner , cAre taker all were very helpful and resourceful too. Needed an early morning travel option to test venue which was 3-4 km away from our stay. They arranged it without any problem. Stay was comfortable. Allowed 2hr extension on check out as no new bookings were there after. Rooms were tidy. Check in process was so smooth. Air conditioning is new and was comfortable. Very difficult to get that correct in these days and even in much costly hotels

Room which we stayed was small but they do have bigger rooms in corner. Also cot was squeaky a bit. Breakfast was ok.

What made it a pleasure to stay here was the helpfulness of the staff who could not have been better. They even allowed me to leave a suitcase with them whilst I went to Munnar.The hotel is quite close to the station and near to the shops.Although the room was on the small side it was clean and comfortable I will stay here again when I am next in Aluva

Convenient stay in Alwaye. Best in class Experience available in town. Clean and tidy bedrooms and bathrooms. They have given a great eye of detail for their cleanliness. Bathroom and Bedroom amenities are available all the time and extra amenities are available on request. Staffs are amazing and friendly. They are always available to help.

Even though location is little confusing, Google maps will help you to reach there with ease.

New facility with very supporting management / staff, One of the best stay I ever had at this price. Strongly recommended and looking forward to book again. Cleanliness, Staff behavior, facilities inside room and almost everything 10 /10 Served breakfast at 6.30 am as per my request

Nice place, comfortable, pretty quiet neighbourhood, and close to the Alluva action.

There was a bit of noise from the neighbors, who live very very close-by, but it was okay.

it’s a well maintained, neat and clean property and owner, Mr Aarvind takes care of most of things you need. Staff/Owner very helpful and nice. My family had a great stay here and will certainly recommend this place.
