We liked the rooms - spacious and comfortable. The washrooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast spread was sprawling. The food was good in quality and quantity. Overall it was a great value for money. Above all, the service of the staff is especially notable - courteous, friendly and supportive. The services of Manisha, Aman, Ratul and Arinjoy in the dining hall have been specifically notable though several others kept helping all through..

The location of the hotel is not good. Also, the high ramps at entry and exit make it difficult to navigate especially for the senior citizens (the guards, however, tried to provide every possible assistance). It will be good if some alternate and more friendly access can be provided.

The hotel is very modern and room are very spacious. They organised our transportation to see the border celebration as well as our taxi to the airport and our driver was super nice and always on time! The hotel is not in the centre but probably 10-15 minutes by taxi/tuktuk and it is quite easy to get transportation back and forth.

We were told on our check-in that breakfast was included in the price , came to breakfast the next day and let the staff at the entrance know our room number and approximately 15 minutes later someone came to our table to let us know that it was not included in the price and we had to pay for breakfast...

Our stay was so comfortable after long flight . The chauffeur we got arranged by the hotel was outside the airport on time was only 15min away. Check in was so quick and easy. and next morning we have shuttle to Golden Temple was again comfortable ride. All staff was so friendly at the reception and in the restaurant breakfast time also bar staff up at the rooftop. We will definitely stay here again whenever we back in Amritsar.

The gym surpassed my expectations; having stayed at Hyatt before, I appreciate the variety of equipment for my workouts. The staff even offered flexibility in opening hours for my convenience. Additionally, the pool was enjoyable, and special thanks to Razzak for his exceptional room cleaning service.

We had to share a key to our room, was inconvenient. We asked for a second key and they said they couldn’t. Eventually they got tired of taking one of us up to our room and gave us a second key. It’s the only place that has refused to give us two keys and I’d expect a guest-centric approach in a place so good.

everything was great! the staff is reallllllllly good. so kind and genuinely friendly. they helped me check in a bit earlier since I arrived earlier than 3pm the rooms are top class. nothing to fault. everything is new and the bed was very comfortable. the location is not very far from the golden temple but a quick Uber ride.

only weird thing was the lack of heating in the common areas. it was very cold in winter and we all had to wear jackets while having breakfast. room service was a bit slow when I requested for a plate and cutlery. probably it was busy time.

they need to work on customer service more, I reached the early at hotel so I had to wait for almost two hours for my check-in and during this waiting period no one offered me water or anything, I have to ask them for it so this thing is sounds quite unprofessional for me.

Rarely do you find a courteous and polite staff right from the Vallet, the Reception Desk even the housekeeping staff. After a grueling long and tiring drive, I loved the warm smiles from the young and vibrant youngsters at the Marriott. A special shoutout to the team working the breakfast buffet who were always on their toes and catered to every need. Kudos to the management in grooming a well disciplined and welcoming team.

I would look at sometimes look at the room it felt damp when the AC was left on for a long period.

I must appraise the buffet at the dinner. It was truly exceptional. The staff was extremely courteous especially ms. Kamalpreet succoured us in providing whatever we craved for during the dinner time. There were starters followed by the main course in the dinner buffet. Furthermore the breakfast was to die for as well. The service was very quick and the masala tea was everything one required to leave the feeling of content on one’s taste buds. The variety in breakfast and dinner could be more. Since we got more or less the same main course menu at the buffet every day. Other that that our stay was truly satisfactory.

breakfast was good but expensive

didn't like managers attitude. the staff made a mistake, which was pointed out to us. We called the manager who just said it was a human error, there was no apology, no sympathy and found the manager very rude. you do not expect this from a 5* hotel manager. his attitude spoiled our holiday enjoyment and pleasure.
