The gym surpassed my expectations; having stayed at Hyatt before, I appreciate the variety of equipment for my workouts. The staff even offered flexibility in opening hours for my convenience. Additionally, the pool was enjoyable, and special thanks to Razzak for his exceptional room cleaning service.

We had to share a key to our room, was inconvenient. We asked for a second key and they said they couldn’t. Eventually they got tired of taking one of us up to our room and gave us a second key. It’s the only place that has refused to give us two keys and I’d expect a guest-centric approach in a place so good.

everything was great! the staff is reallllllllly good. so kind and genuinely friendly. they helped me check in a bit earlier since I arrived earlier than 3pm the rooms are top class. nothing to fault. everything is new and the bed was very comfortable. the location is not very far from the golden temple but a quick Uber ride.

only weird thing was the lack of heating in the common areas. it was very cold in winter and we all had to wear jackets while having breakfast. room service was a bit slow when I requested for a plate and cutlery. probably it was busy time.

they need to work on customer service more, I reached the early at hotel so I had to wait for almost two hours for my check-in and during this waiting period no one offered me water or anything, I have to ask them for it so this thing is sounds quite unprofessional for me.

I must appraise the buffet at the dinner. It was truly exceptional. The staff was extremely courteous especially ms. Kamalpreet succoured us in providing whatever we craved for during the dinner time. There were starters followed by the main course in the dinner buffet. Furthermore the breakfast was to die for as well. The service was very quick and the masala tea was everything one required to leave the feeling of content on one’s taste buds. The variety in breakfast and dinner could be more. Since we got more or less the same main course menu at the buffet every day. Other that that our stay was truly satisfactory.

The location is very good. The stand out for me was the staff service and attitude. Chanchal, Chef Sumit and his team were constantly around looking after the guests. It was delightful to enjoy the Amritsari delicacies every morning and evening that were specially curated.

The hotel doesn’t have parking facilities and is therefore slightly inconvenient if you have a car / driver as they need to park outside the premises on the Main Street.

The breakfast spread was fairly decent.

I had specifically mentioned that my travel was business related and yet the room allocated to me didn't even have a table /chair for me do my work. Moreover, the cleanliness and hygiene levels of the toilets in the rooms were found compromising. The attitude of the waiters was very unprofessional because they kept on insisting that I change my table while I was already having my breakfast, in order to accommodate some BNI group that was expected. This is despite the fact that neither the table occupied by me was a reserved one nor was that particular section closed for other guests..!

It was a great place to stay..staffs were friendly, supportive and welcoming..I reached early from Muscat, though their checkin time is 3 pm, still they accommodated me earlier than their checkin time..even the The kitchen (restaurant) staffs were lovely..they always smiled and pushed us to try their dishes (which we might have missed)..Specially chef Vikas, who just wanted me to try Amritsari Kulcha at this place..Thank you for recommendation, chef.. All in all, loved the hospitality..it was just like, everyone is treating you like a celebrity..

The breakfast was fine, enjoyed the variation of the menu and no complaints

The musicians didnt really play anything as in tunes and was quite broken as background music. My room had no TV connection and i couldnt even bluetooth a connection from my phone - also it took me until 2am the first night to work out the side lights had independent switches and not controlled by the master switch

It’s away from the noise and busy part of the city centre , still can use a Tuk tuk to go to the city centre , 3km away, good service , food either ala carte or buffet was very good and reasonably priced , it has a pool which is required during the hot weather in India

Just a few times the electricity went off but not major

The hotel has excellent location especially if one were to drive to Amritsar. Check-in was a breeze and courteous staff throughout. Wonderful dinner and breakfast with lavish spread and multiple cuisine options, manned by friendly and helpful staff. The kulchas served for breakfast were superb. The only thing a little strange was the absence of any mirror in the room and any provisions for hanging any clothes in the bathroom. However we had an enjoyable stay and loved it. A little expensive compared to the other Marriott hotel (Fairfield) in Amritsar but delightful none the less.
