Very neat and clean, great friendly staff, 24 hour room service and centrally located

I am travelled from Australia and they refused to take international Visa card ( note not Amex) The property advertises that it takes all cards, so to me if they won’t take international card then they should not advertise on booking.com I had to transfer monies to my family from OS and then they paid with their Indian card. Even a local garment shop accepted my card but a big hotel did. It which was disappointing and very inconvenient. Also restaurant serves good meals but it is too oily and too rich.

I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share my positive experience. The cleanliness of the facilities was outstanding; everything was impeccably maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. Additionally, I was truly impressed by the hospitality and professionalism of your staff, Ahan, Andy and Sourin. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met.

Very convenient for transport links. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Food in both restaurants is excellent. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

One night there was very loud thumping music from the function room on lower floor, that went onto 11:40pm. We were told multiple times from 10:40 until it finally went quiet, that music would stop in 10 minutes.

The staff were friendly and the service was quite good. Appreciated the prompt and thorough housekeeping and room cleaning. The hotel was overall clean and well maintained.

The food could be better I thought. The prices weren't as competitive and the quality could be improved. The second bed in the room wasn't the nicest and was a bit of a let down.

Smart new hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Complimentary pick up from the train station. Spacious room, large comfortable bed with quality pillows. Excellent restaurant on the 2nd floor.

Shower went cold/hot/cold/hot etc. Reported every day. Never fixed. But we coped. Will definitely stay again, and hope the shower works better.

Friendly and courteous service of all the staff. Prompt service when we requested extra towels or bath tissue. The food quality was excellent every day. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The quality of the bath towels could be improved, they looked a little cheap.

Everything about this hotel is fabulous! Staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Rooms are clean and well decorated. Food tastes awesome. We tried their continental as well as Mughlai dishes. Very nice taste.

Nothing as such. Only inconvenience was that our room (#203) had a nice glass wall ... but that faces the hospital just opposite the road ... We could see the ward as people there could see us ... could hardly open the curtain in the interest of privacy

Very clean and comfortable and extraordinarily friendly and service-minded staff. Very good restaurant inside the hotel building. Short walking distance to the railway station. Would definitely come back!

The location is good, the Room is good, good food

The gym and swimming pool were closed, I had a meeting to attend and I asked them to allow me to take the meeting anywhere in the hotel for 45min, but they asked me to use reception/restaurant. I was not expecting that from a ****(4star hotel)
