Nothing to dislike, everything worked as it should do. The food and service in the restaurant was excellent, the rooms are exceptionally clean, can’t fault anyone or anything concerning the hotel.

Nothing to dislike directly about the hotel. Noise from a local worksite near the rear of the hotel did extend into the evening and was obvious. I anticipate there is little the hotel can do about this and I’m not suggesting the hotel are at fault here.

Very nice Hotel in Bharuch I think one of the best in the area. I can only recommend it for any visitor. Comparing to EU the price for Hyatt is cheap. Dinner is very Indian driven, but if you want and you asked the employer one day earlier you can get some food regarding to your whiches.

One night the electricity has failed. I'm not sure if this is normal in this area.

Clean, safe hotel with basic rooms. Pretty new overall in style.

The lighting was a bit confusing in the room. Some switches toggle both up and down to alter lighting. But not all switches did that so it was a bit of a guessing game. Bathroom door has a automatic closure so you can't keep it open easily which means it gets humid and musty. But not that big a deal. Overall a good stay.

The check in was smooth and very quick. The room is comfortable and has every amenities you need for a work trip. The complimentary breakfast was great with a lot of food options.

The hot water system in the bathroom needs improvement. It took 4 to 5 minutes after opening the tap or the shower for hot water to kick in.

Room was nice size. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and all staff were very attentive and helpful especially Fez the restaurant manager and Sanjay and Hetai on the security team. Pool was excellent.

The hotel is good in ambience and the staff at the restaurant especially Shraddha are very welcoming and receptive. She takes care of all your needs when she is available. The food variety isn't as much as seen at other five star hotels.

The in-room dining requires some effort and have to step it up to submit the bills when requested. The front office knowledge on GST is appalling.

When I arrived at Hotel and I need to cash payment and Receipt kindly advise me cash payment instead of Credit Card which I used for booking. Staff and reception people is kind and quite new hotel so very nice to stay this hotel even 1 night for me...

I do not find but maybe if I stay longer may have but at present I do not have this hotel's disadvantages.

The windows are not sound proofed so traffic noise wakes us up. The pool needs to have some more shade and nicer garden beyond the pool side m

Finally a 5 star hotel in the area! The hotel is new, the rooms are very comfortable. Excellent restaurant with a good choice of local and western food. Service was outstanding. There was a nice outdoor pool and a gym to relax after a day at work.
