Lovely hotel. Staff were lovely and accommodating. The pool area was beautiful. Rooms were also nice and clean and they kindly provided a little baby care pack along with a cot we requested. They also went above and beyond to set up the room for an anniversary celebration. Was a nice stay.

Everything was great. Only thing was for the price point I imagined it to be a larger hotel. It was smaller than i expected. There was only one main buffet/restaurant area. A bar and small cafe was also available for coffees/cake.

I stayed at The Crown, Bhubaneswar for 4 nights and I was amazed with their hospitality from the get go. I have received a welcome at the entrance and the staff at front desk are exceptionally good. It took me less than 5 minutes to check in and they had everything ready and they were kind enough to accommodate my early check-in request. The property is top class with everything one could ask for and is maintained very well. The rooms are quite big with all new fixtures and features. What I liked the most is their staff behavior and their customer centricity. They welcome you with a smile on their face every single time. I loved staying at this hotel and will not look for anywhere else. If I can give more than 10 stars I would and thanks to the staff for this wonderful experience.

They are really premium. After a tiring flight from Kolkata, upon coming here, I realized that I had two bookings (one was by mistake of course) and the way Amitab and Koyal from the front desk helped me won all my hearts. One of my bookings got cancelled without a single penny. They are neat and clean and their breakfast is so tasty that you want to devour and so various that you will be dumbfounded as to what to eat. Go stay with them and feel what it means to be hosted.

The management is inconsiderate of guests request. I asked for an early check-in because I traveled in a morning flight. But the management decided to charge me for it. Being in hospitality industry I would suggest the management (IHCL) could learn something from Marriott's management/team, and not take advantage of travelers/tourists by charging them 50% of the amount, they could've been more sensitive and should've been co-operated with the early check-in when you clearly have multiple rooms available. Disappointed

The rooms were spacious and thoughtfully laid out. A huge shout out to the entire staff who went out of their way to make our stay extremely pleasant. And they did that organically. Special thanks to Mr. Animesh, who took great care of us and our daughter whenever we came down for breakfast.

The hotel does not have any play area for kids, so those travelling with children might find it slightly inconvenient. However, they do have activities for kids on a chargeable basis.

The Crown in Bhubaneswar exceeded all expectations! The pool area was a serene oasis, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The food was exceptional, offering a delightful blend of local flavors and international cuisine. However, what truly sets The Crown apart is its outstanding staff—attentive, friendly, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure a memorable stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bhubaneswar!

Nothing

The experience of food both for dinner and breakfast were exceptional. So many options and such amazing food. The room however was small and the amenities were not the best as per the room charges and also the other in house experiences offered by the hotel are exquisite and makes it a True Taj experience.

Just the size of the room.

Restaurant (All, every single one ) staff were highly professional, intuitive and approachable. Very well trained , behaved and courteous staff. Reception staff Suraj and Bhargav were superbly empathetic courteous and professional. The best Selection property and promote this hotel and selection chain of hotels.

Dustbin near the washbasin would have been nice.

Everything was perfect during my stay. From the kindness of all the staff to the comfort of the room. The hotel seems quite new and everything is really well decorated and really cozy. The breakfast offered a large extend of choices, just perfect. The restaurant was also excellent.

Disappointed I had to pay for double occupancy …. Something complimentary would have softened. Although front of house were all helpful , they were not in control, I find it strange that managers do not integrate with guests
