We loved Andores Resort. We had an excellent stay. Every member of staff is friendly and so hardworking. And always there to help you with anything. The food is really good and we loved the breakfast service every morning. Excellent buffet with fresh coffee and eggs made hwo you like. Couldn't ask for a better breakie. The pool is gorgeous. Really nice set up and comfortable sunbeds with towels. Rooms are spacious and spotless clean. And excellent aircon. Really great shower too. The location is spot on. Nice little pizza bar next door, about 30 seconds away. Highly recommend. 🤩

We loved this hotel very clean with attentive staff in beautiful surroundings. The pool area is beautiful and very well looked after. The restaurant on site is excellent providing good food delivered to you at the pool area. Breakfast is amazing every morning. We never found the spa and did not see a sign for it so not sure if there was one. The location is excellent.

Do not stay in room 203 if you want to sleep!! The pizza restaurant behind plays music from midday until sometimes 4am in the morning. They have a pool table that the locals use to all hours and it gets very noisy. It is an outside restaurant/ bar and so sound carries. On our second day of our week we mentioned this but nothing could be done. We went to the beach to sleep instead during the day. The pool area has a noisy flue system nearby for the restaurant that starts up once the restaurant opens. At first we thought it was construction work going on outside. We think it broke one day when it popped and banged for an hour. We still had a beautiful holiday but sadly this did spoil it a bit.

My friend and I came to Goa for a staycation and Andores was the perfect place for that. We actually had an other booking but it got cancelled the night before our trip and we were very worried. We immediately booked Andores and they were so helpful. We reached a little earlier than our check in time and they were so helpful and helped us get freshened up early. We went to the spa which was heavenly. It was also pretty affordable. We spent the rest of the day walking to the beach and then in the pool which was super clean and great for a dip. The staff were always helpful and the property is super clean and scenic. The room was stunning too. It had a really nice balcony which was where we spent our night. Everything about this place is amazing and I hope someday I can have my wedding party here. It is a perfect place for an event. Thank you so much Andores for the great stay! They also helped us book a scooter. Will definitely stay longer next time!

Our TV wasn’t working… that’s the only thing. They did try to fix it… but something was wrong.

Large bed, spacious room, modern bathroom. Small balcony. Friendly staff and very accommodating (allowing late check out free of charge). Tailored breakfast when requested. Nice restaurant and bar. Good size pool for the property size. Quiet and peaceful.

Shower could be better. The doors all have small gaps which allow mosquitoes to get in easily (we were killing around 10-15 per day). Some guests were waited on around the pool (having food and drinks orders taken) whereas others weren’t.

Beautiful surrounding, gorgeous gardens, great pool so quiet, breakfast huge choice. Very near beach, and the cherry on the cake for me was no music around pool. I love this. I hate music when I am trying to relax. Weused this hotel after travelling around the golden triangle and it was the best thing we could have done. Clean, quiet, peaceful and very helpful staff. Restaurant was reasonably priced and the food delicious.

Spa and gym could have been better. Very reasonable cost treatments but steam room in a locker room. Massage was not the best I’ve had.

We visited with family with young kids, enjoyed everything about the property. Breakfast was exceptional spread to accommodate tastes. The rooms and facilities were very clean. Their restaurant Cinnamon had exceptional taste , accommodated kids likings and were consistently delivering good food. The pool was so clean that we went almost everyday and preferred that over beach. Spa was also so good. If you are traveling with kids, definitely recommend this property.

The reception was hard to reach. We tried calling multiple times before checking in to see if we can arrive early however after 2 hours of trying to call them. We were unsuccessful and had to directly go to the resort to check it ourselves. The reception team could be a little more responsive and responsible. Other than that it was great

This resort is superb - the facilities, the rooms, the restaurant and the spa are all excellent. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We felt welcomed and looked after during our stay. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The massages were some of the best I have had and were reasonably priced. The pool and area were super clean and well cared for and the gardens were amazing. The rooms were a good size and the bathrooms were spotless. All in all a great stay.

The area around the resort could do with cleaning up a little, the road to the beach is a little hazardous at times until you get used to it. But it's India so this goes with the territory. There is nothing they can do to improve the resort itself.

The whole complex is very well designed, amazing garden and very nice pool. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is extremely kind and friendly, the waiters and the chef are amazing. Finally, the spa facilities are very nice, you can get very good massages without leaving the hotel. The same applies for the restaurant, it's amazing so much so you don't really need to leave the hotel for getting good food.

The location is the weakest point, it's well located in Calangute but I think there might be better beaches in other locations.

stupidity and lack of service on behalf of the staff. eg ordering an Americano with cold milk and getting a frozen cafe latte, waiting time for drink orders is a complete joke. happened more than once that food arrived before drinks. staff does not walk around to ask for your order - you have to go and look for someone to get you order. this is getting quite annoying. so service definitely needs improvement and probably better training!
