the location of the properly is property placed from we can reach out to all the major places in Goa .the manager running the hotel (Shubam) is a wonder ful guy who is very welcoming and been there to assist in any needs that came across . room are very spacey and well maintained provided with all the required items ..mini fridge is the add ones ..which you may required if you want to have some chilled beer ;). It was our first trip to Goa to celebrate by sons birthday and it has been a pleasant and wonderful experience.. will surely plan to visit soon.

The rooms could be a bit more clean, especially the walls which looked very old and kind of dirty. With peeled off paint. And yes, the pool is a small one which is just infront of the hotel causing privacy issues

Worth the money and location is near to best beaches in goa and in 5kms radius you will find few other tourist places. Satisfaction in room and ambiance as per personal view. Staffs were polite.

I had stayed in 3rd floor and there was no lift. Keep some energy after partying if you like to get back to the room.

I like the location and cleanliness of the room and washroom. It was just beside the main road. The manager of the Hotel " Shubham" is a very polite and humble guy. He cooperated everything throughout the stay.

Great location which is walking distance from Baga Beach(Tito's etc.) and Calangute. Staff is great, very friendly and supportive. They gave honest suggestion about the places to visit and other services. We were late for breakfast but they accommodated us. Room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. AC was working great. Mine was an executive room so there was plenty of space for extra bed. There is nice ambience near the pool as they play light music.

There was nothing as such which we didn't like. Maybe they can install some shampoo and soap dispensers which will definitely add value to their property but its not a big deal as they provide soap and there is a general store to buy other stuff just outside of property.

The room was huge, clean, with 3 beds. It was located near by calangute beach, para road, baga beach. Room service, facilities, pool everything was properly managed. You can visit it with friends family or partner.

They have every single facility from laundry to food. Beds were very comfortable. Receptionist meena maam and shubham were outstanding warm and friendly. Breakfast was super tasty. We hired a scooter from hotel. No fuss at all. Towels are supplied. Warm water is there. Excellent location.
