The property was good, clean and maintained. The housekeeping, restaurant staff, bell boys, guards, they were all amazing, very sweet and welcoming. Housekeeping was the best and very quick to respond to any request.

The location of the room as it was mentioned we have a balcony/ patio with a view but there was a house right opposite and had no privacy. Also the reception staff were rude and not welcoming at all, they didn’t care about the customer experience. As we entered the hotel the first impression that we got was really bad because of the reception staff one of them is Alisha and the manager was also very rude looked like they are giving us a free stay and they are not at all happy that we went there. They were least bothered about the guests and looked like they were not happy with their job.

Lift was stinking all the time light cut more then 10 times in a day rates of food were too high while ordering from Room they would charge more for in room dining swimming pool was dirty gym is just for name every equipment is either broken or jam dumbbells are missing I don't stay at this place while looking at the images

Break fast was very good and tasty. Rooms were very confortable. Pool was clean.

Requested for extra bed but asked for extra charge. Tariff was too high compared to other hotels, but had to book at last minute plan change.

Great ambience inside the hotel premises. Great food in the restaurant and a quick room service.

No Goan breakfast served in the buffet. No Gian food options in the vegetarian Menu.

Breakfast was chargeable but good. The layout was great. The dining hall is roomy and nice. The open kitchen and live counters add to the charm.

Its located in small & narrow lanes away from the main road. A big hotel cramped in a small property.

Good breakfast, change of menu everyday. Did not use the pools, but pool seemed clean and decent sized. Overall the ambience and facilities were pretty nice

Location is closer to beach but a little congusted to get bigger vehicles Staff is very friendly and service is quick Rooms are good size and confortable Several options for visiting nearby places available with nearby options of rented two wheelers and 4 wheelers

My stay was for 4 nights & Five days. Courteous Staff right from the Watchman to the Manager of the hotel , everyone is there to wish & help you . Loved the stay and Feel of the property.
