The rooms were neat and well equipped. Ujwala was recieved us well and we were given a change of room when we asked for the pool facing room. Amenities are good and decent breakfast also. The water facility here is the best, really enjoyed the hot shower. Must try, little far from Baga/Calangute but it's close to candolim & we like the area because it's very peaceful and less crowded. This is the second time and we will surely visit if we continue to get free drinks option.

Little smell from outside as soon as we open the door due to the waste treatment plant below our room. And pool water was too cold n little dusty (Not dirty) just particles that can be taken off using a net. And it will be great to have hot in the pool shower.

The stay was very comfortable. Good location as well. Staff was really friendly and helpful. My only issue would have been with the breakfast, I would have preferred more options as I can be a picky eater at times.

The room shown in images before booking was not tht as in images the bathroom size n room size was big n presently it was small . So disappointed in tht thing its like u show something while booking n give the opposite thing.

Our stay was great with them. Room was spacious and superclean, the staff was friendly. I thank Imran and Sarvesh for their hospitality. The buffet breakfast was limited but delicious and perfect. We enjoyed Ganesh Chaturthi in nearby Varem Village. Property is near to Candolim beach. We would like to visit Rio Boutique again ✨

The stay was very comfortable and it was one of the good property , th staffs were very friendly . The room was clean and this property is value for the money we spend . Restaurants staff and the food was really good and could like to give 5 star for this property. Definitely recommending this to all travellers to Goa
