Breakfest had a huge variety from Indian to continantal, always a diffierent Joghurt drink, special things as eggs were preparded and served to the table. Quality was for all we tried excellent. The Chef came by to ask if everything is ok or if we have special wishes. For a day we had to leave early, special breakfest bag was prepared. We were more than satisified and would at any time recommend again. The sevice at the entrance was really extremly firendly and haertfull, all specials were made possible. Especially to mention is Mr. Mousil as extremly helpfull, we could ask anything and no matter how "strange" the question was always got a very helpfull answer or service. We are really delighted about the friendliness of the staff. Agreat place to be. We stayed ther for 4 nights attending a colleagues weeding.

Accord Chrome Hotel Review: A Truly Caring Experience I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff's hospitality stood out as one of the key highlights of my stay. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, which made my arrival and departure incredibly easy and stress-free. Despite the proximity to the airport, the hotel maintains a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, ensuring a restful stay. The hotel’s breakfast spread is another standout feature. There’s a wide variety of delicious options, from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes, making it an ideal start to the day. The quality and presentation of the food were top-notch, and there was something to suit every taste. However, what truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional care provided by the hotel staff during an unfortunate personal situation. During my visit, I fell ill, and I cannot express enough how the team went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. A special mention to the managers, especially Ms. Mona, Mr. Mauli, Mr. Partiban and Ms. Anjana who were incredibly attentive and made sure I had everything I needed during this challenging time. The head chef, Mohammad Shariff A. and restaurant staff also took great care, providing me with meals that were easy to digest and comforting. Even more impressive was the cleaning staff, Mr. Sanjay and Mr. Anjaan who, despite the late hour, responded promptly to an emergency request at 4 am and ensured my room was cleaned efficiently and quickly, without any hesitation. It’s rare to find such a level of dedication and responsiveness, especially when dealing with unexpected situations. The kindness and professionalism of the team truly made me feel like I was being cared for as if I were family, and I’m deeply grateful for that. This hotel is not just a place to stay; it’s a place where you’ll feel supported, valued, and well looked after.

Blown away by their hospitality, a wonderful empathetic group of hotel staffs who are constantly communicating with you to understand and curate their services to make you feel comfortable. I choose to stay there based on the reviews and photos available in Booking.com, they just exceeded my expectations. In fact to find a hotel with such level of cleanliness and quality of service in the outskirts of Chennai city is impossible. I am not taking any names here but from Front desk, Dinning and Room services all the staffs set a higher level of professionalism and eagerness to make sure customer’s leave their property with a Smile.

They don’t have fitness center, how ever they compensate it with yoga classes.

Cannot get any better 3) Cleanliness - Sparkling clean lobby, elevator and rooms 4) Comfort - Bed was not too hard / too soft. Just right. 5) Travel - Uber and Ola are available in a jiffy. The property, although a bit tucked in from the main road, is located in a very convenient location and is very safe for travellers. The staff were extremely attentive to the needs of the residents and went out of their way to assist in any possible needs. The rooms are very clean and contains all required amenities. Daily room service was fantastic. The restaurant has a wonderful buffet breakfast including traditional local food prepared with lots of care to taste, presentation and authenticity. Even after four days of departing, the exceptional service, delicious cuisine, and remarkable professionalism of this hotel remain vivid in my memory. Nestled away from the main road, the hotel offers a tranquil retreat, free from the noise of traffic and horns—a feature I truly appreciated. During my stay, I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Parthipan, the Manager. His responsiveness to feedback was astounding; one of my suggestions was implemented across all rooms in less than 24 hours! When I experienced WiFi issues, he promptly provided a dongle, exceeding my expectations of simply logging a complaint for the IT team. The food at the hotel was a gastronomic delight, offering the finest quality and flavour. I invited a friend to the dinner buffet, and he was equally impressed. A connoisseur who often dines at one of India's most prestigious five-star hotels, he praised the freshness and exquisite taste of the fish, noting it surpassed that of his usual five-star venue. Also, he said that the fish at the five-star hotel was frozen whereas at Accord it was fresh produce. This high standard is credited to Mr. Venkatesh Bhat, CEO, who personally trains the restaurant staff weekly and conducts surprise quality checks, ensuring the kitchen maintains its top-notch standards. I also met Naveen, the Executive Chef, whose humility and dedication to teamwork were inspiring. He attributed the culinary excellence to his hardworking team, reflecting the hotel's commitment to professional, collaborative service. Remarkably, this hotel delivers five-star service and culinary experiences at three-star prices. The buffet is reasonably priced, with an extensive selection for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. I find it perplexing that some guests have given one-star ratings and complained about the food—perhaps their taste buds are off!

The improvements: room 4119 has some kind of water motor or machine above it, so it's hell trying to sleep at night, if you're a light sleeper. We couldn't get any sleep at all. The good: The staff, the warmth and hospitality of the entire team is wonderful. The rooms are very tastefully designed and quite comfortable. The view from our room was great. Everything was prompt, polite and super efficient! They also celebrated my mother's birthday in a really sweet way with a cake and decorations.

Only the sounds at night that didn't let my mother and I sleep at all .. :-( (Unable to attach photos for some reason)

Property is very clean, spacious. Has all the essential amenities. Nice restaurant, I have tried the breakfast which is too good. This is my regular go to place to stay whenever I visit Chennai. They have been taking care of the customers with their amazing hospitality. All the staff are very professional. Parthipan has been helping us from several months back since we started visiting the property. I would highly recommend this place. They have recently introduced essential welcome kit for women that has all Knick knacks the ladies would need, which is highly commendable. Keep up the good service, team.

I had my family from Poland visiting India for our wedding, and had all my stay booked in Accord. To be honest, they made us feel Home! The hospitality was really amazing from the staffs - Valentine Reshma and Vinodhini. My in-laws still text me how they miss them. So long story short, I will blindly trust and book rooms with Accord the next time I will want to plan anything and highly recommend them. They took of a huge part of my wedding planning stress!

It might seem a bit exaugurated but to be honest, I do not have any such thing to comment about this hotel. Location, Staffs, food, hospitality and rooms - everything was exceeding my expectations and what I had asked for this price!

No soap or shampoo in shower dispensing machines. A couple of weird visits/phone calls from staff, presumably getting room number wrong, but no apology Some (not all) of the female staff at both reception and restaurant were quite pushy about me doing a positive review and not happy when I said I never gave a 10/10! This was after I asked if reception could print a one page document for me, which they did, but obviously expected some payback. Whereas I consider that a basic hotel service.
