My stay was brief but I loved it! My chalet was comfortable and peaceful. Dinner (a European choice) was really excellent, but since it's absolutely freshly cooked, it takes time. Enjoy a gin and tonic and the sunset while you wait! Breakfast excellent. Even better after a few laps in the lovely pool. Get up early and watch the sun rise!

The WiFi (in my room and in the bar / restaurant area) was horrible. 3 out of 10 at most. The management needs to SORT THIS OUT.

Great location with a scenic view of Bay of Bengal from the restaurant. Nice southern Indian breakfast spread, we enjoyed fresh seafood lunch in the restaurant. A simple and well located bar serving variety cocktails and beer.

Check in was not as smooth on my midnight arrival as the staff was not able to successfully complete transactions via credit card. No effort to allow guest to rest first after a long flight from overseas. He requested for cash payment despite explaining no local currency available for the payment. Finally after an hour plus was given the key card to room. The hotel also failed to provide two rooms next to each other as requested and agreed upon by the hotel.

The ambience at night was awesome, lights in the lawn were so pleasing and good. Our kids enjoyed the pool and indoor games. Morning breakfast was a total feast. Menu was excellent and tasted so good.

Please try to speed up the food delivery. For a cup of tea, we were waiting for more than an hour at the restaurant in the evening.

Exceptionally friendly staff! Prabhakaran (Their Restaurant Manager) is the epitome of helpfulness! He helped us with dinner even when we checked in way later than the restaurant close time. I'd highly recommend mgm resorts just for Prabhakaran!

EXCELLENT STAY , WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS. AMBIENCE WAS SO GOOD AND ROOM WAS NEAT AND CLEAN. MORNING SCENE OF SEA WAS A GIFT. HAD A WONDERFUL STAY.

FELT IT WAS A LITTLE EXPENSIVE THAN MANY OTHER RESORTS. FRIENDS LIKE TO GO ON A DAY OUT BUT THERE WASNT AN OPTION FOR A DAY OUT.

Ambience and cleanliness

There is no transport provision to even reach the main road from the property, the distance was not really walkable. you need to book third party cab service to even reach the nearest restaurant like Geetham.

Location, scenery. My family loved it.

Everything was good. Except the FOOD was expensive, And my sister found a finger nail in her food. But she did not want to complain. Not sure how the food hygiene is. Their room was also just ok. Not great.

great location, access to many activities. close to Dizee world makes it easier to access and comfortable. lot of open space. a nice place to relax at great value. staff members are also very cooperative. room service is quick. lot of fun activity for kids. food menu has lot of varieties.

overall a great stay. need some improvement in room cleanliness.

the rooms were clean and free from dust. proper ventilation is there.

The price is quite high for the amenties we get. Eg. The fridge was not working. the phone lines are of old type.

Breakfast and dinner was excellent, service was great. Beach was good, quiet and clean. Liked the green space and gardens a lot.
