The room was great! We slept very good, it had a great shower. It was very clean. The breakfast was good. Roomservice was good.

The normal entrance was under construction. On the pictures it shows the hotel has a cafe ( also written in the description) but it is not there! The swimming pool we did not use because there also was a lot under construction right next to it, so it was not comfortably possible to get changed easily and also no beds available to lay down. Overall we did not like the area that much, afterwards we thought it is better to stay in Fort kochi area. But that is a personal preference.

This place was in a great location! It was within walking distance to so many excellent restaurants, shops and even metro/train stations. The staff were lovely and super helpful whenever we needed anything. The room itself was huge and very luxurious. The rooftop swimming pool was amazing - we were alone pretty much every time we went up there. The breakfast was amazing! There were so many options and each day there would be something different so it didn't get boring. Plus they had a dedicated dosa chef which was great.

There were renovations happening during our entire stay. We had been told that the spa was out of action but not that the business centre was too. This was slightly frustrating because my partner was working part time while we were here so often had to take meetings in the lobby or the restaurant. It would have been great if the breakfast food had vegan labels on it. A few times it was noisy because of the construction work.

We were on an official trip for a week.The hotel was clean and tidy. Staff was amazing! They were the sweetest. Very kind and thoughtful. Breakfast items which I liked were dosa, omelete and their sugiyan was out of this world! Rest of the items could have been better. Chef Renjith is a cheerful person. He used to come to our table to ask if we need anything else. Thank you Renjith! Overall, i am fully satisfied with the stay I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Nothing much to complain about. Well kept, spacious rooms with all the necessary amenities one may need during the stay. I stayed in a deluxe queen room and it was ample for my needs being the sole occupant. The staff were friendly and eager to help. The location was perfect for my errands. The breakfast spread was very decent and food was very good, focusing mainly on South Indian cuisine but there are some options for people coming from elsewhere. So overall I could not ask for more for the price. 9/10

Truly a 4 star hotel. Staff is great, facilities are great. The food was also pretty good. Plenty of options for breakfast. The only thing I disliked was that the bar was closed for renovations but there was no warning here or on their own website. Please call the hotel to confirm they have the facilities you are expecting.

The pool area can be very slippery. This is very dangerous and I hope the hotel pays attention to it. Please note that this area is far from the the touristy area of Fort Kochi. It’s about 30-40min by car/auto.

The rooms were exquisite and had vibrant colours inside the room. Bed was comfy, bathroom was clean and Hygiene. All toiletry products were available. All amenities were good and I really enjoyed the stay with travancore court. Lastly, the breakfast was good enough to have, I won't say the best ever but good taste of good. The staffs made a mistake in giving me a wrong room which was already used but for that small mistake they upgraded my room to suite which was a shocking for me but I'm happy with the upgradation provided, but I also checked the deluxe room but it was good rooms.

One small issue was since this is a 4 star hotel, they could have provided hair dryer and iron box with portable ironing table.

We had been travelling around Kerala and then came back to Cochi for our last night before an early flight the next morning so we weren't looking for anything fancy just somewhere to kip. This place was cheap and in the right location (close to the ferry so we could easily get over to the fort for dinner but also on the mainland so the drive to the airport in the morning would be easy) so we picked it without really looking at it. We were so pleasantly surpised when we arrived! The room was really nice - a really comfy bed, spacious and clean and the bathroom was one of the nicest we had on the whole trip.

There is one switch by the bed that looks the same as the light switch but that actually turns off all the power in the room. I accidentally used it to turn off the lights before bed but then woke up to find none of our devices had charged overnight - NOT what you want before a long journey.

The rooms are extremely clean, very very comfortable. The staff is brilliant and helpful. Restaurant food is just awesome and extremely nominal. Manjusha, specially in the restaurant always smiling and so bright. She attended to all our needs and was extremely helpful with everything. She is a lovely girl. I loved talking to her. Even Althamish and Shyal Babu. They were very very attentive. Shyal even guided us where all we could go to see in kochi. Lastly, the manager Suraj was extremely nice to us. He takes care if his staff very well too. Overall, honestly, one of my best hotel stays and that’s really just because of the staff. Specially the people I mentioned. They really took care of us. Me and my family thoroughly loved it!❤️❤️

Very central location, the rooms were very clean & had everything that you need. Room service was fast & good. The in-house Restaurant - Feast served good breakfast, lunch & dinner spreads. The staff was very efficient. The restaurant in charge Vishnu was very helpful with all our requests. All the places are nearby to access. Shiva temple, marine drive, Subhash park, metro station, Ferry wharf etc. Overall we enjoyed the stay very much. Will definitely come back again for another visit.

The room was big, and staff were courteous. The location of this property is great - easy to get a cab, ola, uber in 2-3 mins. They have a restuarant - "Feast" on the first floor, where you'll have breakfast or order from in-room dining. We ordered a few times during our stay - the food was decent and tasty. Overall, it's a total value for money for the quality of the service, stay, and the location.

I was very apprehensive when we entered the property and saw the check-in counter as it didn't look like a 4 star-one, but later realised that their main entrance is under renovation and they had created a temporary check-in counter on the side entry.
