The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom accessories and it was clean. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. As soon as we checked in, received a call from service and they enquired if the room was okay. Truly a five-star hotel. The breakfast in the morning had too many choices including a live kitchen, and fresh fruits. Two days we stayed and the menu was different on both days. It's close to a lot of restaurants on the highway, close to GD museum and Gandhipuram

Maybe they can improve the dialing facilities from the room, sometimes when we call it goes to voicemail.

Got a free upgrade to Junior Suite, which made the whole experience even better. Extremely happy and grateful to the Hotel and Front desk staff for the gesture. Breakfast spread is pretty good and a good way to start the day. The view from the room large window is a pleasant way to wake up to the Sun and also nice in the evenings.

In the bathroom, it would be good it the glass walls for the Toilet and shower space, had some form of privacy or not just clear glass. That way the entire bathroom could be accessible at all times. This is a finer aspect and does not take away from the wonderful walk in closet/bathoom.

I recently had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Radisson Blu in Coimbatore. The staff were warm and hospitable. The dining staff left an indelible mark on my visit. They made each meal a memorable experience, and their impeccable service enhanced every culinary delight. A special mention must be made of the front desk lady, Putul. It happened to be my birthday during my visit, and to my surprise, she presented me with a beautiful bouquet and a cake that made my day truly special. Her personal touch and genuine care are a testament to the exceptional service offered at this establishment. The rooms at Radisson Blu Coimbatore were clean and comfortable. The room service was prompt and efficient as well. Highly recommended!

I recently had a pleasure of staying at Radisson, Coimbatore and I would like to say that it was a truly wonderful experience for myself and family. This hotel deserves 10 out of 10 because of its convenient location, Multi cuisines restaurant, very friendly and service oriented staff, especially the front desk staff Pinki, greeted us with warm smile and the perfect service that set the tone for the entire stay. You can find all the modern amenities and comfort provided by this hotel.Whether you are traveling for business or leisure, you can expect a pleasant and memorable stay at Radisson Blu, Coimbatore.

Staff were very friendly and ever willing to help. And very professional. Great ambiance. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the spread enormous. Chef Shahid was always on the lookout to ensure people got more than what they expected to get.

The room key card kept failing and I had to go down to reception a couple of times as the lifts needed it to be tapped and it did not work. Access to our room was also an issue as the card could not be read by the card reader. Slight issue with some breakfast waiters - if someone went to the buffet table to get more food, the waiters would clear his plate, even though he had not eaten what was in the plate fully - leaving the guest wondering what happened to his food while he was away getting a refill.

Excellent staff Excellent restaurant staff and breakfast .All the dishes were well made. Good spread of breakfast. Rooms size good and beds good too. . Loved the staff , their politeness, their helpful attitude to change the room , the housekeeping staffs prompt service....and all at front desk .

Very dissatisfied with bathroom fittings and upkeep. Hand Shower flowing from all directions, no proper hot water for the bathtub .flush also kept leaking, had to press a few times to stop water . On complaint , they offered to change the room but The bathtub outlet knob didn't function in our changed room .This says , that all bathrooms are not well maintained. Toileteries etc were good and sufficient though . Such a good brand and with all our previous good experiences with Radisson Blu at all other cities, this kind of poorly managed bathroom facilities of really bothered us

Thoroughly recommend this hotel. Excellent, friendly staff. In fact, I am enjoying my time here so much, I have extended my stay. A special mention goes out to the 3 chef's that have gone out of their way to make my stay more enjoyable. Whether it be to make me a special pasta dish (extremely well) in the evenings, have me try out some new dishes they're creating, or make sure I have mushrooms for the morning ... it doesn't matter which - what matters is they are going out of their way to make me feel a valued customer ... and that is what makes the difference. And, of course, a special mention to the staff on the front desk (Tanya, Stanley and Anan especially) ... great people. I'm so looking forward to my extended stay. ☺️ I almost forgot about the Housekeeping guys. I'm up on the 7th floor and the team that have been looking after me for the last week have done a superb job (especially Rafijul Khan). Polite, respectful and very efficient. If there is anything I need, they sort it out immediately. Great team. Thank you.
