The location was absolutely good. Everything was accessible quite easily. Hotel had lift hence the room are pretty accessible. Staff from reception, room service, restaurant till housekeeping, everyone were very courteous and showed me the way towards room and took care of smallest of my necessities. The hotel being part of the mall had underground parking for pick up and drop off which was great. The special part was the view of mountain range that I had from my room while I sip the Darjeeling tea and watch the day go by for which I booked the hotel.

Not having thermostat, I had to depend on room heating, which I didn't feel comfortable keeping on overnight.

Location was excellent. Close access to the Mall Road and the in-house Mall stay is a brilliant combination! The room was super clean and bathroom was very tidy maintained with all essentials. The staff was very helpful and responsive to any needs and asks anytime! Highly recommend this hotel for a family stay looking for the perfect location in Darjeeling!

Nothing much to say here, except the rooms could be equipped with a ceiling fan, as sometimes the room gets a bit stuffy even in cold weather

We had booked family room for 4 with a view. The view from the room was pretty. Rooms are spacious. The staff is super courteous and is available 24X7 to help out. The location of the hotel is super convenient, it’s on the 3rd floor of a mall. The hotel is walking distance from the Mall Road so one can visit and enjoy Mall Road in the evening and at night without worrying about any to & from transportation. Also, all cars can go till the hotel (Cars are not allowed in hotels in Mall Road so people have to manage the luggage on their own) so it saves the hassle in terms of carrying luggage. Special mention: the restaurant of the hotel serves delicious food and has live music every night. We had a hearty meal there along with live music being played.

Almost everything about the hotel is superb just one problematic thing was a weird smell in the washroom (probably from the drain). Though the staff came and sprayed freshener from time to time, this is a temporary solution and the hotel should do something to fix it permanently.

It was a nice and cozy stay with superb view of the mountains from the room...Breakfast was delicious with variety of options and the hotel is located at the prime location in the heart of the city which makes it quite convenient for the tourists...Also the behaviour of hotel staff is very good with great hospitality...Mr. Abhishek at the reception is gentle and courteous to the guests and the staff would address to all our requests quite promptly. Overall 5 star rating for our experience of staying there.

There was nothing to be disappointed about.

Excellent stay. We booked a junior suite and the room size was huge (Room 208). It had a great view of the valley and the city. It was quite and peaceful just as we asked for. You can spend the whole day in the room if you want to. The cleanliness of the room was perfect. Crisp white sheets and very clean and washroom made me happy. The room service was great. Just 1 point I would like to mention, it is situated in the Rink Mall and the road towards the Mall Road is uphill. So, keep that in mind while booking. Other than that the hotel was awesome!

Breakfast was stale and cold. The corridor was unclean. Though the hotel is situated in a Mall, they do not have proper parking facility for the guests. We had to pay extra for our 2 wheeler parking.

The room with mountain-view was excellent. Best part for us is that this property is located inside the Rink Mall, which has rides for kids on the ground floor, shopping avenues for Women, and Restaurants (including Dominos). This property is close to (walkable in most cases) major attractions such as train station, town square, mahakal road, even Zoo (around 2kms). The rooms are spacious, luxurious, and are excellently maintained. Mr. Animesh (apologies if I got the name incorrect) at the frontdesk was super-helpful in finding us a transfer to Gangtok when our prescheduled ride did not arrive on time.

The breakfast was average (could have avoided charging kids for breakfast). However, the good part was that the staff was kind enough to pack food for my kid, who did not have the breakfast in the restaurant.

the location was good and some staffs (namely ANKIT and others) were very co operative and well behaved.

the breakfast was very mundane, everyday same menu almost. staffs taken long time to reach and most of the problem remain unsolved

The cordia behavior of the staffs, the service cleanliness location all were good..

There was some issue with the lock system..but the staffs arranged a different room for one night and a small issue with the washroom mixer tap..otherwise rests were very good.

This hotel has no garage of its own. Therefore the boarders have face trouble to unload and load luggage

Excellent place to stay! The location was great and the staff were really friendly. The complimentary breakfast was also extremely enjoyable. The rooms are big with a great view-- they are clean and wonderfully maintained.
