Lovely room and bathroom (big shower cubicle) with everything we needed. Very comfortable bed. Room had a settee and a club chair at a desk. Tea and coffee making facilities. The property was close to a shopping mall that had some good shops, including a food supermarket and a tavern restaurant where we enjoyed a super meal one night. We got some laundry done - it was returned promptly.

The dining room staff had difficulty understanding English. I had difficulty getting a cup of tea with cold milk as drunk in Britain. It was only on the third morning that they understood I needed a tea bag in boiling water and a small jug with some cold milk to add. It was also difficult to explain that I needed cold milk not hot milk for my cornflakes. If you choose the half board option, the evening meal choice is very limited. You'd be better just going for B & B as there are restaurants nearby, including The Tavern. Access to the car park was very narrow and steep - our otherwise careful driver scratched his car at a tight turn. Care is needed here.

Breakfast spread was fine. Food was tasty. The rooms and bathroom were large. The superior room and its bathroom are really huge. The bed was comfortable. The staff was cooperative and in-room dining was prompt.

Parking is available but not very convenient for low ground clearance cars due to steep incline one has to go through to park the car. An alternate path is there but needs coordination with guard to open the gate. Our room was on 3rd floor which also has restaurants and kitchen. In the working time, too much noise is there from outside due to kitchen and staff talks.

Breakfast and dinner we took at hotel were quite good

When we reached hotel there was confusion about booking. We had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights but mail they received from booking.com did not have this mentioned at top. So we had to discuss and get it resolved

Third day I had to leave early to catch my flight, so I could not enjoy the free breakfast with the room.

The attitude of the staff to get a room vacated without getting the another room ready. I had to extend my stay due to personal reasons.

The location. In town, close to a Mall and away from the crowd. Staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast and room service menu was comprehensive.

Nothing tgat I didn't like.
