I like staying at hotels because they provide a comfortable and convenient place to stay when I'm away from home.The beds are usually very comfortable, the rooms are clean and well-maintained, and there's often a variety of amenities available such as room service and swimming pool.

Place is very good and location is also good. Neat and clean rooms. Food was really good. Service in the restaurant was good. Overall we enjoyed the stay. Courteous and polite staff. They provided washroom and blankets for our driver at the location else can be a challenge. Also there is a eating place nearby so not a issue specially for the driver.

House keeping service was not upto the mark needed to ping them multiple times for getting towels and water at times. The room was good but since we were 4 adults the washroom was a bit of a challenge as there was only 1 and you have to wait for your turn. Else was a good experience.

Staff were exceptional, would go out of their way to help. Food was good location was excellent overlooking the valley. rooms were clean and looked after very well

there is no transport facilities other than hotel booked taxi's which are very expensive in comparison to locally booked taxi's.

The view from the rooms having balcony is awesome. The garden is well maintained and has excellent view. The owners were quite friendly and helpful.

The casualness of the staff The breakfast was ok ok as there were less number of guests and buffet breakfast was not set. Inspite of making repeated request, the hotel did not start the air-condition in the room as very few rooms were occupied.

View from restaurant is very good. Hotel is located a bit away from busy street but location is very good. By car, you will reach naddi view point in 5 minutes. Pool is very good. Staff is very friendly. Rooms were clean. ( Make note that room cleaning is not possible post 4-5pm ). We were told that hotel do not keep duplicate key, if we keep our keys with us while going out, rooms will not get cleaned.

We had booked family room. It had 2 room each with double bed and one common landing area. What we did not like is one out of two rooms, did not had any window ( this is very bad ). Even though first room had large window with good view, it was opening in common balcony area, meaning you can not keep curtains open always as there will be many other people walking and using that common balcony/deck areas. Hotel did not had 24*7 kitchen support. We asked for coffee at 6:45, we were told that kitchen staff start operations around 7-7:30. Considering name of the hotel, we thought they will have good SPA facilities. There is only one SPA technician who caters all requests. So, at a time, only one person can avail SPA. We were looking for couple SPA, but as they have only one person, it was not possible. However, the SPA technician giving massage was very good. Food is also good.

Location: The hotel was in a beautiful location called strawberry hills - Which itself is a big plus. We could easily take a stroll in the morning amongst the lovely cedar trees.. Room: The room was spacious and there was a good supply of hot water The heater was another added advantage which made our stay quite comfortable. Parking was available in the hotel vicinity Staff: They are polite and courteous. Food: Not over the moon but decent quality and quite reasonable priced.

The property contacted me to make advance payment which I refused after which my booking on Bookings.com was changed from Free cancellation to Paid cancellation without any notice. Beware of this as you cannot change your mind when booking with this property! Cleanliness is a concern. I found the plates, cups dirty and with food strains which was very disgusting. I had to clean everything before consuming anything on the plate. In a covid situation Buffet breakfast is something they should avoid for contamination risks! The hotel is in a isolated place surrounded by residential properties. Therefore you wont find anything around. The property also charges you for additional bottle of water - Keep this in mind. The in room soaps, shampoos are of very poor quality as well

Room is small as shown in pictures. Overpriced, not value for money. You've call housekeeping for every little thing, instead of it should've been kept in room before check in. Check out time was not communicated in advance.
