I loved the food.. and hospitality by the staff.. especially by one of ur staff members whose name is THAN and there was a fair and tall boy also, i forgot his name.. both of them attended us very well at THE RED BRICK restaurant during the all 3 meals..very helpful.. Kids loved the indoor games area and the mini zoo as well

A little more maintenance is what's required at your end.. water got clogged in our washroom and it took almost 2 hours to get it completely clean.. the house keeping staff did not match my expectations.. it needs a lot of improvement..

Loved the green landscaping, room, food and service. The highlight was the greenery, the trails, availability of cycles to ride around, hiTea, breakfast option. The person who picked my call “sooraj “ at room service was very courteous, and offered complimentary desserts for us! Overall I loved my stay and want to come back again!

What could b better: In bathroom, keep portable shampoo, shower gel for using with bath tub, only soap doesn’t help In room, despite me asking for slim pillows, the pillows were too bulky and I had to sleep without it to avoid neck pain Please could you increase your cycles as people were taking one and others as cycles were falling short.

the property is huge with villas, rooms extra. Extra Curricular Activities :- this place is the dreamland for kids the property have lot of activities to keep your kid engaging and enjoying. The cool zoo where they can make a rabbit eat a carrot, do horseriding, involved in activities like art craft playing enjoy with toys in the kids room. However, we can run around in the lush green property play football, basketball, badminton etc. You can also take CYCLE to paddle around the property. Difficult to unnoticed Swimming Pool. My kids was happy to see Imo Bird cutting his way every now and then.

If you can put more to track lights

Resort was so peaceful.... best for relaxation leaving behind all the stress, busy schedule, hectic life. Best part of resort is hi-tea. Staff was good and co-operative, well behaved, ready to help u out with every possible things especially Komal, she was so humble and helped me so much with baby food.

It's the perfect getaway located conveniently close to Delhi. The lush green lawns, the petrichor, glistening Kusum trees, beautiful bougainvilleas are revitalising for the soul. The rooms are minimalist yet luxurious. The spa is life changing! A whole bunch of activities to do. Great food and various cuisines to choose from. But above everything else, amazing staff. Special thanks to Deepak, Gajraj, Varsha and last but not the least Chef Amit for making the experience amazing.

The Westin lake could have had some sitting arrangement around it.

large property with beautiful greenery. great for a break and a nice getaway location from Delhi/NCR. staff services are excellent and they go the extra mile to help you.

Not clean - there is thrash everywhere from evening until 11 AM or so before it gets cleaned - which means whenever you take a morning walk, you will be greeted with thrash everywhere. next, the bathrooms don’t have a lock in the name of safety. The lavatories don’t have water sinkholes on the floor, which means every time you use it and water spills on the floor, you have to call housekeeping. further, on ground floor rooms, water comes up from bathroom and spills across the washroom. we changed our rooms twice but same issue is everywhere.

1. Hospitality- it was the most memorable birthday for my wife! the staff did everything to make us feel comfortable and they went out of way in celebrating the birthday! the staff like Deachen were very courteous and polite! My wife was served 3 cakes at the resort, one in room, one during dinner by chef and serving team, and one in the morning!!! And it was not enough, so the resort team gifted us one bottle of in house made pickle! 2. Food- Amazing taste! Considering the fact that the there are no food outlets outside the resort, I was having doubts that they might not serve a good taste! but I was completely wrong! Every dish, every cuisine tasted yummy! 3. Property: Huge property which is beautiful, especially because of nice management! they had small zoo, which was fun! there are so many options for sports! the Hi tea was served beside swimming pool which was again a nice place !

All was good just little things so that it’s 10/10 Outdoor swings not maintained leaves and bushes on slides The intercom phone not user friendly Normal tv channels get hanged Quite expensive Conveyance service needed till main road

The overall vibe and design are good. Food was also excellent.

The air conditioning kept switching on and off even after calling the maintenance person. Thankfully the weather was pleasant so didn’t feel very hot but they need to look into this

The breakfast was good. The spread was perfect

Since we went on Christmas eve, the hotel was fully booked. They did not had enough carts and instead they were running e-rickshaw inside the campus. This is highly not acceptable in a hotel/spa property with a room rate of 30000/- per night.
