The staff here are amazingly helpful. The manager Jagru welcomed us from the moment we arrived with a fresh welcome shots to the last minute we checked out was the most helpful person with all her staff. My wife got amazing guidances from a hotel member named Dale constantly on where to go and about up side and down side of every city spot which was very helpful. The hotel team generally welcomed us with big smile everyday and even restaurant team were very helpful everyday to explain us the foods and share ideas what we could try new from the kitchen. The exaggerated colors, the hygiene and cleanness, the vibe next to the pool, the oven pizza and bbq next to the pool, everything seemed magical at Ronil JDV. Bravo to them. We had a rare experience of “hotel stay satisfaction” here.

- very clean and colourful property with greenery, lights and two pools - sweet, attentive staff - quality of food, fair range - assistance with my vegan diet - cake for our anniversary (second attempt was vegan) - very comfortable bed

- service could have been a little faster at times but was good on the whole - having left a booking note regarding our anniversary and my vegan diet, we were not connected with the chef at checkin as promised, but we met him later and he tried to be helpful, though a slightly wider range of options would have been welcome / they were very sweet to send us a cake though it was not vegan - they apologised and sent us a vegan cake of equal quality, not when we asked and they confirmed it contained dairy but after we decided to return it - photos suggested a bigger room

Everything took a second seat to the SERVICE. Literally!!!! The staff is very welcoming and goes beyond the usual to accommodate requests. I specially would like to mention Mr. Arfat, Ms Shongna, Mr. Ram Saran and Ms. Dale. I still don't know so many names of the excellent staff members who played a huge role in making our stay peaceful and comfortable. We also LOVED the Soul station - the idea and the vibe, We simply LOVED the pool... the fact that it remains open till 1 AM and does justice to fatigue at the end of the day; and the fact that such beautiful landscaping around the pool and through the entire property. The front desk was great, the check in was smoothly done. The idea of parting drinks surprised us and we enjoyed this thoroughly as the mixologist was absolutely great!

Initially we got a very small room. We found it quite cramped. So we requested for a room change which was done efficiently. From the previous room the balcony opened into a view where construction was ongoing in the adjoining plot - not a very serene view actually.

This is a wonderful property with great amenities, but the real star of the show is the exceptional staff. Every single member of the team we interacted with gave impeccable service and are the main reason we would return to the Ronil. A massive thank you and well done.

Rooms are on the smaller side but nevertheless are comfortable and clean.

Staying at the Ronil Hotel was a pleasure since day one, the stuff was beyond welcoming. We loved the food and have dinner or snacks by the pool. The ambiance and atmosphere speaks tranquility and peace, the room was very clean and comfortable, lovely bedding and pillows. No complaints! 100% recommended this place for anyone.

Ronil Goa was awesome, the rooms, the pool, the restaurant everything was top notch. But the real MVPs were the staff. Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant folks were super friendly and helpful. They made sure my stay was smooth sailing from start to finish. If you're looking for a chill hotel in Goa with great service, this place is the place to be at.

Absolutely Nothing.

The hotel and staff where unbelievable in the hotel. All were very welcoming and always looking after Thangboi and Shangra looked after us all week at breakfast to the pool service. Would highly recommend this hotel

The property is clean and really well maintained. The staff is extremely courteous, they will go above and beyond to ensure you have a good experience. The amazing food they serve is also a big plus.

The property is really nice. Definitely has a good vibe. We were accommodated for an early check-in and also were given drinks on spot. The staff were great and really helpful.

Food could have been better

It’s amazing property and great place to stay if you are with your group. They have a great bar team lead by Sachin and team members - Kousik / Akash/ Satish/ Neeti/ Sitanshu. I would be back here during my next trip for sure.
