I recently stayed at RONIL Goa for four days, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The resort is a perfect 10/10 in every aspect. The staff members were incredibly welcoming, always greeting with a smile, and their politeness truly stood out. They were so sweet and genuinely made the days brighter with their warmth and professionalism. The resort itself is impeccably clean, and the rooms are not only comfortable but beautifully maintained. The property is lush with greenery, adorned with natural plants that add to the serene atmosphere. The swimming pool is also very clean and inviting. The breakfast was superb, offering a great variety to start the day right. The location is ideal, situated on the famous TITO’s LANE, making it convenient to explore Goa’s vibrant life. The quality of service is outstanding, and every detail seems to be thoughtfully considered to enhance the guest experience. I’ve already recommended this resort to my friends, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Goa.

The staff here are amazingly helpful. The manager Jagru welcomed us from the moment we arrived with a fresh welcome shots to the last minute we checked out was the most helpful person with all her staff. My wife got amazing guidances from a hotel member named Dale constantly on where to go and about up side and down side of every city spot which was very helpful. The hotel team generally welcomed us with big smile everyday and even restaurant team were very helpful everyday to explain us the foods and share ideas what we could try new from the kitchen. The exaggerated colors, the hygiene and cleanness, the vibe next to the pool, the oven pizza and bbq next to the pool, everything seemed magical at Ronil JDV. Bravo to them. We had a rare experience of “hotel stay satisfaction” here.

- service could have been a little faster at times but was good on the whole - having left a booking note regarding our anniversary and my vegan diet, we were not connected with the chef at checkin as promised, but we met him later and he tried to be helpful, though a slightly wider range of options would have been welcome / they were very sweet to send us a cake though it was not vegan - they apologised and sent us a vegan cake of equal quality, not when we asked and they confirmed it contained dairy but after we decided to return it - photos suggested a bigger room

Everything took a second seat to the SERVICE. Literally!!!! The staff is very welcoming and goes beyond the usual to accommodate requests. I specially would like to mention Mr. Arfat, Ms Shongna, Mr. Ram Saran and Ms. Dale. I still don't know so many names of the excellent staff members who played a huge role in making our stay peaceful and comfortable. We also LOVED the Soul station - the idea and the vibe, We simply LOVED the pool... the fact that it remains open till 1 AM and does justice to fatigue at the end of the day; and the fact that such beautiful landscaping around the pool and through the entire property. The front desk was great, the check in was smoothly done. The idea of parting drinks surprised us and we enjoyed this thoroughly as the mixologist was absolutely great!

Initially we got a very small room. We found it quite cramped. So we requested for a room change which was done efficiently. From the previous room the balcony opened into a view where construction was ongoing in the adjoining plot - not a very serene view actually.

Ronil is a rising star and I will definitely visit them again. Apart from luxurious rooms , amazing food , relaxing environment what makes Ronil as a most memorable stay for us was its incredibly brilliant staff members. The team is so welcoming, pro active, happy to help always with a smile. Each one them contributed to ensure we have our best stay in Goa. My 6 years old son loved the place and made a new friendship with one of their staff members. My parents who are quite aged felt so pleased with the stay and can’t stop appreciating the care they have been showered with . The warmth in their behaviour really makes Ronil exceptional from any other 5 stars hotel, I must say. The pool is great and breakfast spread was huge. It is an ideal location if you are visiting Goa for the first time as it is close by to other attractions. A big shout out for Ronil and its team. You are simply awesome!

Everything was great. A recreational room for kids would be a perfect add on for families travelling with kids to keep the kids occupied.

This was the perfect resort for us in the off season! I'm sure it's ridiculously fun when Goa is packed with tourists, but we enjoyed the laid back vibes and wonderful service at the resort as it rained our whole time there. The location is excellent with lots of shopping and restaurants and block away from Baga Beach. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and welcoming and the food at the restaurant is excellent, especially the breakfast. Special thank you to Naro and Along for amazing restaurant service, Sasa for an amazing massage, and Shuresh for servicing our room. Can't wait to visit again!

The best thing about the entire booking was the hotel called me themselves to confirm my stay and ask about my room and food preferences. That made me so relaxed before the trip itself. The welcome drink by the bartender Satish was amazing and Imti at reception was very helpful during the check in process. It put me into ease and vacation mode already. They also helped me out with a phone charger when I misplaced my own. The little note left by the housekeeping staff after they cleaned the room while I was away made me feel like a princess. All the little things and the big things out together made this a very memorable stay. Because of the on and off rains I was already feeling low but the entire staff made so much effort that it ended up being the best monsoon trip ever for me.

I can definitely provide some examples of how the different teams at the Ronil Hotel handled your experience: Receptionist: - The receptionist was welcoming and efficient, checking you in smoothly and providing all the necessary information about your stay. - They were responsive to any inquiries or requests you had during your stay, ensuring you had a comfortable experience. F&B Teams: - The F&B teams were attentive and provided excellent service during your meals, ensuring you had a great dining experience. - They may have offered recommendations on the menu, accommodated any dietary restrictions you had, and made sure your meals were enjoyable. Pool Activities/ area activities: - The pool activities team may have organized fun and engaging activities by the pool, such as water aerobics, pool games, or poolside entertainment. - They likely ensured the pool area was clean, well-maintained, and provided towels or refreshments as needed. The only issue No need loud music just good touch music and softening a bit and lower the volume down. Regardless the idea for uplifting the pool but some guests need also to chat amongst the guests and need kind of lower the volume. As one stage we asked the F&B attendant to lower the volume as far to loud noise.. GM and FOM (General Manager and Front Office Manager): - The GM and FOM were likely visible and approachable, ensuring that guests' needs were met and overseeing the overall operations of the hotel. - They may have personally greeted guests, handled any issues or concerns promptly, and ensured that the staff provided top-notch service.

The staff are wonderful top to the bottom of their list.

The propeety is nice but it is too loud, as it is in the main road. So if the music makes you problems ask the reception to give you a room behing the swimming pool where is quite and peace. Amazing massages and gym. I am gluten and lactose allergic and the team and the chef where really sweat and helped me with the food 🙏🏻. The rooms are not soooooo clean, unfortunatelly. The staff is super sweet, polite and available

This is a wonderful property with great amenities, but the real star of the show is the exceptional staff. Every single member of the team we interacted with gave impeccable service and are the main reason we would return to the Ronil. A massive thank you and well done.

Rooms are on the smaller side but nevertheless are comfortable and clean.
