The entire look of the property is really enticing, the brick effect brings so much of colonial era, it is absolutely stunning. The staff here are just really nice, they feel like family. Mr. Raj and Ms. Shamin are both great they will have a whole list of suggestions at their disposal. Room service is also really nice however you must ask them if you need something specific cause much of the things are on request.

Though everything is here is absolutely beautiful and dreamy it was a bummer that the pool was a little unkept due to the rain. We missed out on the pool experience due the weather and maybe if they could add in a little more options and variations for the breakfast spread provided complimentarily.

I liked the hotel very asthetic, clean and just as in pictures, the staff was very polite i would like to mention gayatri their staff member who was extremely professional, helpful and took care of every guest. it felt as if they cared and that made the stay memorable.

Nothing to dislike but yes the food prices were on the higher side, i would suggest that the hotel keeps a common tip box as every staff member from the receptionist , to housekeeping , restaurant staff all were amazing and it would be unfair to anyone who misses on the tip.

Everything was good and the overall experience was satisfactory.

Booked a cab from the hotel while checkout and the AC of the ertiga car wasn't't working for our 2.3 hr ride during peak afternoon. The driver was polite and the driving was smooth during the trip, The issue was with the AC.

The poolside room had a good view. The interior & the bed were cozy. The architecture had a nice vibe to it. Big kudos to Mr Das,manager of the property. Really helpful person with a calm demeanor.

The general cleanliness of the property needs a relook. Breakfast menu could have more variety.

Aesthetically pleasing property. Staff members were super helpful. In-house cafe has amazing food and location of property is super good.

Wish the swimming pool was clean enough to dive in.

it’s a pretty property with most of the amenities in place.

the restaurant will call you 100 times for payments I don’t know why even during wrong hours. they should ideally take it during check out. the room service never came for cleaning it by themselves. we had to call them to clean.

I liked everything about this hotel. The room was very beautiful, the food was really nice and the bar tender guy was so good in making drinks.

The light in the room is only warm light. It would be better if there was also white light.

The staff was very helpful and jolly and took good care of us during our stay. Shout out to the reception team including Raj and Edima. Location and breakfast

Ac wasn’t working and we booked for 4 people but first night we got the arrangements for 3 people only. Although after complaining the gave us another room with 4 occupancy

Loved the property and the staff!! Pretty spacious and clean rooms. They have pool table as well. Delicious food at the cafe. Very helpful staff, always smiling faces around!! Thanks to Mr Milind and the manager for everything and making our trip memorable. I would definitely recommend this property.
