Super clean and hygienic rooms with a very well kept bathroom. View from the 15th floor was splendid, especially at night. Highly recommended booking a room on the highest floor, the 15th floor. In-room dining food was freshly prepared and rather delicious. Additional benefit is the proximity of the market from the hotel lobby, we were able to grab a few last-minute snacks from this market within minutes. For anyone staying in the city, reaching this hotel could also be a nice drive along the Dwarka Expressway.

We could hear noises from the lobby in the morning, maybe the rooms aren’t as soundproof as one would wish.

Property was very clean and well maintained. Food was very good.

I lost my iPhone charger in the room. After checking out when I realised that I left it in the room I immediately called front desk and they confirmed that they found it but next day when I went there to collect it they couldn’t find it. They promised me to courier it to my home address but even after repeated calls they didn’t deliver it till date . I suspect someone stole it from there lost item section.This is not expected from such a reputed hotel.

Breakfast was very good, stay was comfortable. Reception staff and duty manager was very helpful. In room toiletries where of good quality.

The wash basin tap was malfunctioning, even after raising the request, it wasn't repaired. When asked for housekeeping, only restocking was done, it took them 5 min and they said cleaning was done. But the dust, and food crumbs were just where they fell the previous day. This happen both the days i stayed there. It was disappointing for a 5 star hotel.

Nice comfortable rooms, very functional and good wifi. Basically perfect for a work trip, close to my office, hence booked it. Very courteous Restaurant staff, room service and house keeping personnel. Thanks to Lalit and Milind for the seamless check in. Also, pleasure to meet the property at the end of stay. Wonderful gentleman who helped me with an airport transfer on their fleet. Always book the suite, perfect for a late drink with friends. Also, there is basic mall tagged to this property. Got a nice haircut.

Everything was perfect. Except for a small miscommunication late night which was not handled properly by the security. Although, rectified by the duty manager, Ishan. Much appreciated. The only other issue is that, it is 1.5 hrs drive to airport during peak hours. Cumbersome.

Property is clean, breakfast is great and restaurants around the location offer wide variety. The only issue I had was with the turnaround time the staff took to just refill shampoo in the bathroom or bring me an iron box or plates and spoons. I had to follow up multiple times before they could get anything to me. Wait period for each of this was a minimum of 30-40 mins.

Nearby there is a market where you will find everything. For cab you no need to wait for long. Hotel stuffs are fabulous. Check in & check out is very fast . Food quality is very good.

There is balcony in my room but no chairs to sit. The laundry person knocked my door but didn’t wait for me to open it but he open my door by himself and came is which is not good at all.

Great location, very friendly staff, any minor concerns were quickly addressed during my stay. I had a good time overall. thanks to Sakshi for a cheerful presence at the reception, witty responses to any front desk queries, Nishant helping me with some urgent print requests etc. These little things made my stay a memorable one.

Security scans can become a little annoying at times if one makes multiple trips to the shopping area. Internet can be a hit or miss and television needs to be reinvented. Wish they had opted for Roku or something that was easy to stream mainstream channels

Courtesy, proactive staff, good food. Got a market right next to the exit, peaceful view from the room, and silence! The staff from the restaurant to the front desk are very courteous.

The heat function doesn't work on the thermostat. Not everyone can handle the cold. Keeping the thermostat shut also shuts down the ventilation in the room, which makes things a little uncomfortable.

Breakfast was very nice. Good variety Staff very courteous. Viva restaurant was understaffed. Therefore the boys were having a hard time to serve all during busy time

Front Office staff should be more efficient and pro active. the wait time in more than required. The Gym was too small and dingy it should be more cheerful and light up

The female duty manager was very accommodating. Since I was traveling alone to a new city she endured i was comfortable and got a room with windows not balcony as asked for. I forgot her name but she was very helpful. Hotel is surrounded by a small mall. It's not noisy in the hotel. Food is the buffet was very good. However, when i asked for a Kettle replacement in the night as it was a bit dirty i didn't get one. Room service is very slow or no service until duty manager is informed.
