Amazing hotel. Completely exceeded my expectations as this was my first time staying here. Large rooms, clean and well maintained, large king size bed with clean linen, clean washrooms with hot water and amenities - what more could one ask for. The room was large enough to accommodate an extra mattress for my daughter. Sopanam Heritage offers Complete value for money as compared to some of the other hotels in the vicinity of East Nada that continue to ride on their past glory without, grossly overpriced without any upgrade in quality of rooms or services offered. Sopanam Heritage will definitely be my preferred hotel in Guruvayoor.

Nothing that was not to our liking

The location of the hotel is good, quite close to the temple and safe for people to walk to and from the temple at all hours. The room we got was nice and spacious, neat and the A/C worked well. Bathroom was clean and essentials were available.

The food wasn't always very good. Breakfast buffet was very indifferent, the food was cold and rather tasteless. The lunch was better but a little overpriced and service was slow. Of course one doesn't expect very excellent food in an overcrowded temple town but people chose hotels like the Sopanam Heritage with higher expectations. The rooms were up to the mark but the food was not always so.

I was very pleased with my stay at Sopanam Heritage. The room resembled the images online for my room type and was clean. The hotel provided basic amenitites and also has room service and house keeping. The breakfast in the morning was good with standard South Indian items. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful! They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and had great knowledge of the locale. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

I stayed at this hotel for one night, in an A/C room. The stay was extremely pleasant - the check in process was a breeze. The most notable feature of the Hotel is the behavior of the staff- they were very pleasant, courteous, helpful and highly professional. Especially, Mr. Manikantan at the front desk deserves special mention - he went out of his way to tell me about the Guruvayoor Temple timings etc., other staff, including the cafeteria staff, were highly professional. The room was spacious and had all facilities, as expected. It was a little old, but everything worked well. Overall, the A/C room was fantastic. I strongly recommend Sopanam to other visitors.

The Hotel is a 10 minute walk from the Temple; not too far, but may be bit of a walk for older folks.

The hotel staff was genuinely friendly and very helpful, even with regard to our extraneous requests. The premises were neat and clean, especially the room. Convenient location just beside the main street. Peaceful and overall enjoyable.

The only issue - and that too only a slight one - was the poor English language skills of the restaurant staff, which resulted in some confusions with our orders.

Ambience, cleanliness, facilities were superb.... The Restaurant also plays a good role in serving tasty dishes..... The friendly behaviour of the staffs were heartwarming..... The front office staffs were always there in helping/guiding our needs.... Though it's my first time to Gvr.... the staffs were very cooperative in letting me know the details regarding the temple and darsan.... Special thanks to you guys Prema,,Rajeev,Manikandan,Vasudev..... If names are wrong plz excuse... I'm overall satisfied with my stay in this property and will get back soon here.... And I'll surely suggest this to my friends/relatives..... Thank You 😊

Just have a suggestion to have a drop/pick availability to the temple for the guests.... But itz ok... Otherwise itz the best...and I'm satisfied

Had stayed in this hotel.... And it was a very good experience.... The staffs were very friendly especially the front office staffs which was there on the time of our check-in and check-out..... (RAJEEV AND PREMA) Only Walkable distance to the temple..The food were also nice... I will surely suggest this property to my family and friends for sure..... And will come back again soon

There's nothing like that..... But the swimming pool was not working at the time of our stay... That was the only negative i have

Stayed for couple of days, Nice Ambience, quality of food, well behaved & supportive staff, hygienic conditions are excellent. Walkable distance from Railway station and local bus station, Will be my future booking hotel whenever I visit again.

Some maintenance work going on nearby floors little bit noisy, otherwise everything is fine

The overall experience at Sopanam Heritage was excellent. The staff were very courteous. Manager Manikandan was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast variety is good, service very good and meal timings punctual. My family enjoyed the stay very much and it was just a 10 minute pleasant walk to the Sri Krishna Temple.Ample parking space too and easy entry and exit options.We plan to make it our stay location on all our future pilgrimage to Guruvayoor.

The corridors on floors need a bit of airing to get rid of the musty smell in the monsoon season.

Awesome location. Just 550 metres from East Nada. Good spacious rooms and great for affordable prices. Courteous staff.

I had a small problem with the water heater in the bathroom. It was not functioning properly most of the time. Just worked once where it was taking a lot of time to heat. Please fix it. Other hotels have instant water heating facilities.
