This property is located in a prominent area with all important locations in Hyderabad approachable with comfort. Food is good with a nice spread. Rooms are spacious and well carpeted floor.

I had booked King size bed with Sofa Bed and paid with tarriff as per on the website of Booking.com. Later on arrival front desk charged me extra amount when i requested for a front view room (facing main road). I was surprised as i never requested for any upgrade and i was also provided the same category. When i frequent other hotels upon request and availability this is given with no additional cost. Anyways i chose to pay but i didnt like that experience !

The hotel seems quite new and well cared for. The room (King Size City View) was large, light and clean. Good shower, good TV with some UK and other international channels as well as Indian, and maybe the most comfortable bed I have slept in. There was an excellent breakfast buffet, a good dinner buffet - although I ordered a la carte too and that was particularly nice. The location is excellent too, very central. The thing that really stood out though was the excellent staff team throughout the hotel, who were exceptionally pleasant and attentive, remembering my preferences and just lovely, without being intrusive. The Assistant Manager really went out of her way to help me with something too.

There was a slightly musty smell in my room, but I have no idea where it came from as everything was very clean and there was no sign of any damp. It was not a big deal though.

The location was very good and so was the kitchen and restaurant

Didn't get my bags for 2 hours and had to fight daily to get them up because it was a long stay and I always had to take a couple bags in and out. The staff at the reception didn't seem to care even after multiple complaints. I even sent a package which reached 3 days prior to check-in which they confirmed by mail and I had also informed them the same prior to booking but they where unable to locate it in the morning when I needed it wasting over 2 hours of my precious business dealing time, for which I travelled 1500 kms and made me miss a meeting.

The rooms were of a high standard. The food was of a high quality with plenty of choice. Excellent facilities. But the overriding positive was the staff, they all interacted in a caring and professional manner. This comment is made without exception and relates to all the staff. It was a real pleasure to stay at this hotel. They even gave us a much appreciated thankyou for staying party on the last night.

Crossing the road was not good, but will be made better, when the bridge is completed.

It was a fantastic experience! To start with, the Front desk was extremely helpful in getting us an early check-in and sorting out room reservations. They gave us a late check-out (as we had got back late and very tired after our Marathon Run). The breakfast was sumptuous, with a very wide range of items. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and well maintained. Housekeeping was extremely prompt and room service ensured we got hot meals! The staff were extremely courteous and always ready to come for assistance. Over-all, a memorable stay - will definitely come back for more!!

COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER - THE LIGHTING IN THE ROOM HAD ONLY TWO SWITCHES. EITHER THE WHOLE ROOM IS LIT OR SWITCHED OFF. NO NIGHT LIGHT. DO LOOK INTO THIS - THE FRONT DOOR WAS VERY HEAVY, THAT EVERYTIME THE ROOM SERVICE BOY COMES I NEED OPEN THE DOOR, HOLD IT AND LEAVE IT WHEN HE COMES IN TO PLACE THE TRAY. THE DOOR CLOSES BEHIND., I FEEL THIS AS A SECURITY ISSUE AND NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED PROPERLY, PROMPTLY

While visiting Hyderabad on a medical trip last year and again this year, the Hyatt Place went a long way to being a salve to our group. A compact hotel, quite a contrast to industrial hotel chains. The sort where staff recognise you after the first day and all experiences are soothing and consistent. The lobby restaurant was excellent every time we went there. At the breakfast buffet the head chef mingled with guests; he went out of his way to help my wife with her special dietary requirements. The location is central and convenient. We will stay there if we have to visit Hyderabad again.

Two of the guests in our group who had a room to themselves needed orthopaedic mattresses. For a hotel that ticks so many boxes, a good selection of pillows and mattresses is something that they should not have difficult organising for their guests.

Good breakfast,fresh juices are available on request. It is not a luxury hotel, but the staff go out of way to make you comfortable

My extra bed was a disaster. I had to sleep on mattress just thrown on the ground. Didnt have any energy to ask,hence slept and got up with neck and back pain. was replaced with stow away the next day.

The person who helped me with the check in was extremely nice and polite. She was a junior staff and also had a pleasant approach in general. They accomodated my request for a late check out but and that was really helpful. The extra goodies and the note they left appreciating women achievers added that extra touch to the whole experience. I wish to extend my appreciation for the intern trainee Mr. Vamshi too. Good breakfast spread.

The linen looks a bit worn down especially when you compare other five star . The bed is slightly worn down too. Also, had to ask for the disposable room slippers. The staff that received me at the Reception initially was not upto the mark. She then put me over to someone junior who was in fact very helpful.

Courteous staff. Clean rooms. Clean fitness facilities. Great breakfast. Great location. Good experience overall.

TV location was not quite right. Its position is such that it is awkward to stare at from the bed or the sofa. Parking space is very cramped and I saw a lot of garbage in the cellar area.
