Booked for Breakfast and Dinner both Breakfast suits kind of taste of people staying there, showcasing the local cuisine like Jalebi, Poha besides few international dishes, they may add u more fruits, dry fruits and healthy dishes to suit the taste of people staying for long. They also put the option, if you do not like the food or want to eat something else would cook for you, hotel is friendly to customize the menu for the kids. Dinner I could see seasonal vegetable which is not very common in star hotels, I enjoyed the food and hospitality

I liked every thing however, I can suggest they may add complimentary airport pickup and drop services for the guests who are going to stay for 3 days or more.

Sumana Ghosh , Niladri Chakarborty, Akash roy and Megha Banerjee were very polite and professional. Please rate all of them 5 out of 5. This is one of the best hotels in Indore. Being a 4 star hotel, it is way better than few 5 star hotels in India . We genuinely loved our stay. Also the room cleaning staffs were too decent. One of them was a girl and she was very sweet and polite. The rest of the room cleaning staffs were also good. Rate the room cleaning staffs 5 out of 5 on behalf of us.

The staff at the property is very supportive from front office we got some exceptional support from Megha, Niladari, Amit, Sumona, Priyanka. from the kitchen Rajan was very kind as he personally remembered that I liked dosa. our favorite being Kumkum from the restaurant along with Chandan, Salge and Saloni. I remember these names because they remembered us and our preferences and made the stay very homely. A huge shout out to Tushar for maintaining that busy restaurant with passion and smile. Kumkum, Megha, Niladari and Tushar actually went out of their way to support our needs. like arranging salt less meals for us, or organizing a vehichle when there was no car avaialble. they are all solution oriented that is what we liked the most about the staff here.

May be they can find a way of how to get rid of the local liqour shop next door 😀 that is the only thing that I can think of.

Professional and friendly staff, Food is just out of this world, great menu and other features, cleanliness is great and room cleaning is efficient. Service is 24X7 for food, which is very convenient. The location is awesome and just a walking distance to everything. Has good security measures. Bed is very comfy and the Air Conditioning features are great. Washroom is nice.

Sometimes overpriced for certain things like laundry (ridiculously priced) and other things like beverages, etc.

Excellent staff - Priyanka @ Front Desk helped us checkin earlier and the entire process was closed in a few minutes; Restaurant staff - very easily convinced by the ever smiling Shamsuddin to opt for buffet dinner - he has an attentive team in Deep and Anshika. We stayed for two nights - it was a quiet restful stay.

Bathroom fixtures are falling apart - tissue holder - did not complain as did not want them repairing when we were around Towels seemed grey instead of white guess over use made them ratty - did not complaint Had to tell the team to change all bed sheets pillows and even the blanket cover as it had a musty smell. Did request and was attended to immediately

the staff was extremely courteous and very accommodating. we arrived at 7.30am and I had put a request for an early check in. Mr. Naveen at the check in desk completed the formalities while we headed to the restaurant for our breakfast. the spread was great and value for money. within 15 minutes the duty manager Mr. Gaurav came and handed us the room key even before we could finish with our breakfast. Mr Shamsuddin who is the F&B manager was very kind to fulfill any of our requests. He even made it a point to get some items for my daughter which were not in the buffet. I guess because of our early check in the housekeeping staff wasn’t able to tidy up the room in time. but after one call they showed up and cleant the room to our satisfaction. at lunch we were greeted by the housekeeping manager who apologized to us for the mishap. Fairfield by Marriott knows how to treat their customers and I would recommend this property to others for sure!

The property gladly arranged for an early check in. They had good spread for breakfast.

The linen had stains and the bedsheet was torn slightly - maybe it was a one off case, but a little more diligence would have been great

Rooms are of perfect size. Staff is amazing..Food is also tasty. I ordered pasta but it was not upto the mark then shef & manager of restaurant visited to room & they replace with new & added gulab jamun as compensation. That was truly like a 4 star hotel service. Will like to stay again in the same hotel.

Water coming from shower is of very low quantity & TV remotes were not working properly.

Excellent Location as far as my work was concerned. Property can be better maintained. Good for the charges taken. Clean, courteous staff. Breakfast can be improved, basic, just now as compared to other places, probably. Overall, value for money.

Breakfast arrangement and food quality was very good. Staff was courteous and always ready to help.

It was at one end of the city. Although Ubers are easily available to go anywhere from the hotel. Coming back to the hotel getting Uber may not be easy.
