I recently stayed at the hotel jai maa palace Jaipur and had an exceptional experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it perfect for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a stunning view of Jaipur. The dining options were fantastic, especially the breakfast , which offered a wide variety of delicious choices. The facilities, including the rooftop restaurant were excellent. The concierge team provided great recommendations for local attractions and arranged transportation efficiently. Overall, hotel jai maa Jaipur exceeded my expectations with its luxurious accommodations and outstanding service. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again on my next visit!

I like the staff hospitality and they cater our needs. The bellboy is very kind. He make sure that our needs are met. He knock our door if and ask if there is anything we need. The location is also good it is nearby shops and mall.

No soap, shampoo and tissue provided which is a must complimentary in a hotel and no water heater for coffee.

The staff are very cooperative. The owner is a malayali. He also helped a lot. Near to railway station and metro station. Food also very nice. We tried some Rajasthani food. Very tasty.. We stayed in the 2nd floor. 3 rooms were allotted to us. There is an open terrace with a swing. We can spent sometime there in the evening.

No vehicle parking.

Location of hotel is very good. Rooms were clean. Staff is caring and quite helpful.

Rooms could have been better than they are. There is scope of improvement in interiors and bathrooms. Doors & windows need repairs / replacement.
