Room was very good but view could have been better - wall of old hotel obscured 70% of view. Room was clean and tidy with nice bathroom. Club Lounge 18 excellent in evening with limited choice of alcoholic drinks but adequate and nice canopees , during day place to have coffeee, soft drinks and relax, nice atmosphere led by Himanshu Singh and his team of attentive friendly staff. Had half board option but only allowed to eat at Okra, no credit to eat in other restaurants. However, Okra excellent food with lots of variety from Indian. western, chinese and japanese. Also Chati (local) man to sample various local indian foods - try the 'Bomb'. Variety enough to keep us interested for 5 nights but if busy, breakfast can take time if ordering omellettes, dossi etc For sightseeing, concierge at hotel can arrange driver + car for 4 hours for 1700 Ruppes which includes all parking fees etc - excellent value. Overall an excellent hotel near to airport with attentive staff and good value for money.

Weddings closed pool area for 3 of 5 days spent here, although hotel had plan B and offerred to take you to another hotels pool if required so thats OK. Laundry was not great, items came back shrunk and looking grubby. In Okra - beware the waiter's hard sell of still or sparkling water which will result in a bill at the eend of the meal - they have a free still water option which is just as good but only if asked - shame on you marriott.

Comfortable, contemporary feeling room, helpful service. Strong Wi-Fi. Food from restaurant was delicious. Especially liked that there was no additional fee for room service.

Very busy and bustling. Too far away from central jaipur (convenient to airport) They didn’t seem to have enough plates and bowls at breakfast and you often had to make requests of servers several times at breakfast. Our room overlooked pool area and we could hear event music, etc.

The staff was incredible helpful! I appreciated the proximity to the airport, and the concierge was helpful when I need assistance arranging everything - from a car to having something mailed.

There is a small lack of attention to details when cleaning. I noted this upon my arrive when I wiped down common surfaces, like light switches, and after my room had been cleaned. There was a small pile of debris left on the floor from likely the floor mop.

Hospitality was great. Especially staff at the reception were very kind and polite, Kriti even uograded me to a king size room at no extra cost. Also, Shagun a night before had explained me everything about my stay over the phone. The staff in Cafeteria were too good and very helpful. They even offered me a piece of cake on my last day which I felt overwhelmed. We don’t get to see these warmth abroad. The staff ay concierge were kind too and very informative, especially Saurabh and Tarachand ji who drove me to and fro Ajmer Sharif is very kind and well mannered person. The staff member at the shop downstairs near the gym gave me all cloths and goggles and cap I needed to swim… So, all in all a great experience! Thanks!

The papad were not roasted properly, it was like half cooked, not a great deal but I was disappointed. Every time the food arrived, the papad along with was not properly roasted. Also, the extra bed was little dusty. Then, there was no cushion over the sofa , so, a bit uncomfortable to sit and relax. Then, there was no snacks or drinks in the room which I usually find in other high class hotels. I usually munch on those snacks and pay then while checking out.

The staff are super friendly, especially at the lounge. Mr. Himanshu made us special cocktail which not even on the menu and Mahendra always go an extra mile to make sure everyone is attended to. The Chef at breakfast made us mung-dessert which not part of the buffet.

Booked room for 3. Given 2 single bed and 1 extra bed but the room is not big enough for 3 beds. It so difficult to walk in the room

Food was amazing! just a great selection and amazing to have options that are also non-Indian or spicy. So much to choose from and all delicious. Anything needed was always promptly taken care off. Spa was awesome too and the bakery at the lobby has awesome coffee. I had the best stay, thank you!

There is nothing I didn't like but if I could suggest something it would be lovely to have hair and nail facilities at the property for convenience.

-english at checkout, got charged for extra money and asked 7 times why in different ways, had to say ‘what I actually buying here’ and got stupid answers so still don’t know, figured my be internet -free wifi as booking.com mention in my booking confirmation-wifi was really bad wife and daughter had phone memory full and was happy that they could benefit the wifi to make some space on the phone but turn out that next day I was the only one able to take fotos on our only day in Jaipur wifi died and no backups done -smoking - if you have this BAD habit then get a room at 1st floor or so, you need to go in front of hotel to smoke passing thru the nonsense metal detector all time you have to return back, seems they really don’t care about smokers

Everything! The comfortable bed, the luxurious complementary products, the pool, the spa, the food, but mostly the hotel staff, who were highly professional and were there to help with anything and everything. It was the little touches that made it special like how they learned how I liked coffee (with an extra shot) and would bring it to my table at breakfast. The wheelchair for my elderly father they let us borrow for a sightseeing day at the Amber fort! Thank you so much for a most memorable stay.

I liked everything. the location, the room and the staff and made me feel home. the staff at Okra restaurant were very welcoming and because I stayed in marriot for 1 month they were taking good care of me and my friend. the 3 chefs at Okra were always trying to make som arabic food for us which was not in the menu and that made us feel so welcomed and in safe place. I would to like specially Chef pratik,Chef GD,Chef Romit. and rest of the staff: Abishek Dinish JAGA Sohan Amit Akshay Jyoty Mirnal. if I came again to Jaipur I would definitely stay in Marriot again because my experience in India was amazing because of Marriot. highly recommended.
