staff were great and very helpful.

The sight seeing tour guide was a great way to see Jaipur. Unfortunately I was charged more the following day to see two of the further forts as the excuse was it was not in the 8 mile radius! However, it was actually within 7.2 miles. Hence there was no real reason for this and staff were unable to relay why this way the case! My suggestion would be careful to have a more clear idea of these added costs that were just made up! I was also told that I would only be able to see one of those forts! However our driver, who was great actually made it to both forts and an elephant village in one day. Not sure why the staff and persons in charge of this service said otherwise!

Convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. Pleasant and comfortable stay. Great customer service experience.

Constant power failure. Happened once when we were in the elevator. Took couple seconds before it came back. They should at least communicate, we had a panic moment. So taking an elevator each time while we were there was getting a bit scary. I'm glad to say it never happened again.

All the staff were very friendly. The manager in the 100feet above bar was so nice and treated us amazing I'm just sorry I can't remember his name to mention him. The room was clean and tidy and everything we were really well looked after.

There is a taxi company who is attached to the hotel. I would recommend finding other services as we had a very bad experience and ended up cancelling all of our proceeding bookings with them. This included the 8 hour tour of Jaipur and also transfer to agra.

The excellent staff who went out of way to make sure everyone is comfortable. The cleanliness was superbly maintained. The breakfast n food was delicious.

The rooftop restaurant was not as big as it seems in the pics and the vibe was not there, so didn't visit it.

The location was perfect easily accessible to places. Pool was good and breakfast was also nice enjoyed it but i think a bit more variety would have been possible.

The staff was good but a but less supportive and services was a bit slow while leaving I asked for 2 requests an iron and body lotion which never came but was fine lotion i collected from the hk person outside only. Maybe the hotel was busy that would have been the reason so its fine was a wonderful stay hope to be back soon and this time think of getting a king bed 😂

Staff was very helpful. The food was great. Nice pool and view on the top.

One pillowcase had traces of congealed blood on it. Also, there is an old man that hotel operates with him for tours, but he is cheating costumers and works behind the backs of hotel staff.

I didn't know I couldn't have visitor, thats appareantly hotel policy. Thats something i didn't like, but now I know for in the future.

Comfortable room and bed. Good value for money. Close to town centre and shopping centre. Good restaurant in property . Spa facilities.

Swimming pool area. No sun loungers.

Rooftop bar/pool area was relaxing , all staff were great and respectful especially Seema, she was very kind and helpful with anything I needed, made it a very pleasant stay thank you
