Thanks Kevin for accommodating our request for late check out despite being fully sold out that day. Fantastic location. Keep up the good work going. We have been to multiple hotels across the world but never felt so much pampered and at home as we did during our stay at Trident Jaipur. Once again would like to thank the staff of Trident, not one or two staff but all of them without exception. Thanks for making our stay so memorable. We will surely come back to this property only because of the staff and the hospitality they extended.

The property is very old but it's very well maintained.

Lovely luxury hotel Very friendly staff who were helpful and attentive throughout. Special mention to the manager on our floor sauvandeep I think was his name who even bought a gift for staying with them at the end of our stay. The pool area and gym is very nice they also have a ping pong and snooker table. Excellent location in between amber fort and the centre of Jaipur overlooking the lake and the water palace Rooms were really comfortable good air con, ample English tv channels. Good breakfast and 24h room service Nice gardens with birds in Would recommend to anyone

The service is essentially what I book Trident Jaipur for each time. The staff is always exceptional and honestly makes the slightly old architecture great to be in. The floor managers and staff are extremely attentive and so helpful while making it not too suffocating. I must commend the 4th floor manager on this stay who was so kind to provide me a complimentary drink for my cold and fever and rush to get medicines when I was super sick. It is always a treat to stay at Trident Jaipur for that very reason.

The property and rooms might benefit from a slight renovation, especially the restaurant.

All Staff and reception extremely helpful and attentive. Chef and dinning room staff were particularly good. They packed a complimentary light lunch for our long journey to Jodhpur. Very good of them. Location opposite jal mahal, close to amer fort very convenient. Doesn’t take long to get to the old city. Extensive grounds and garden beautifully maintained. Free WiFi was quick. Bathroom clean. Good toiletries. Room comfortable, very clean. Puppet show in the evening very entertaining. Some nice local eateries along the road - although you will need a car to go to them- these are really good value for money and very tasty food. Hotel restaurant a little pricey but good food. Hotel policy said not to give gratuities to individuals . We thought this was a very fair and good policy. We did not feel under pressure to tip every time. Left a thank you tip for all at reception when we checked out. Goodbye gifts a sweet gesture. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend

+Breakfast: EVERYTHING at breakfast was delicious !!! Some hotels have a huge range of items and nothing is made with much care. At this hotel, there are so many options AND all of them are really good. I can’t believe how good their breakfast was. +Staff: The staff is painfully kind and nice. They give you the feeling that they truly care about you and I believe they really do ! We stayed in another famous hotel in Agra and the staff was quite pushy and demanding five star reviews which was very off putting. Here at Trident, there’s nothing like that. Almost everyone spoke very good English which was surprisingly rare in Indian hotels. +Swimming Pool: Swimming pool was spotless clean with so many beds around it. +Design: Their lobby is really cool. The design and decoration of the whole place is a work of art. It felt like a travel in time to an era where flowers and wood are the main decorative items. +Rooms: Our room had a lake view and it was worth EVERY PENNY that we paid extra for it. This hotel is a dream come true, specially as a romantic hotel. Their rooms are not super fancy. They give you a cozy and warm feeling of being home. Yet, they look stunning just to look at. +Shows: They had live performances such as puppet show, lac bangle making, and Rajasthani Dance.

-If I want to say something negative about the nature of this hotel, it would be the fact that, the entrance door opens to a very crowded road with high speed vehicles.

Very comfortable hotel. It's large, but not too large, so it still has the charm of a boutique hotel. Staff were extremely attentive. We were met by a staff member in the lobby and invited to check in; no queuing. Breakfast staff were also on the ball, providing top service. Our room was close to the breakfast room, but there was no noise issue. The hotel is on the main road but there was no road noise. The room was cosy and the beds comfortable. Location was very good: facing a beautiful lake and only a few minutes to the bustling old city, but pleasantly distant to have a bit of calm. Breakfast was good, with many options and many a la carte items. I particularly liked the unheated swimming pool, although I was probably the only one to swim in it. It was 30 feet long and perfect winter temperature: about 13 or 14 degrees. I also liked the little smoking area outside from the bar. It was a little noisy from the street, but it was very pleasant to sit in the sun and smoke a post breakfast cigar.

Nothing to complain about. Perhaps a power point on both sides of the bed would have been convenient. But this is the sort of hotel about which, if you have anything to complain, you had better stay home.

The staff and the service that you get in this hotel and its restaurant is the best. The Food at the restaurant is really good. So you don't need to look for other places for eating while staying here. The hotel amenities are really good and comfortable.

The puppet show is what I think does not fit at all to this nice hotel. It is like something you would see on a street but not here. It lasts only 1 to 2 min. and after that the performer expects you to pay for it, which is something you do not expect when you go to see it.

Everything was great at top notch… from greetings, concierge, front desk, housekeeping, food services… they exceeded their level to their best hospitality. Imagine I washed my clothes for 2 days there. When I came back after my tours, I see my clothe Ma well folded and kept in an elegant bamboo basket… it was done from them without me even asking!!! That’s how good the housekeeping is!! The front desk will help you with your trip management… they give you tips on how to go around Jaipur! The food services… all of them; chefs , staffs in F&B are very courteous, and always attentive to give you the best. Everyone deserves the praise! Your team impressed with more than 5 star services!

No complaints!!!!

Location was excellent. Very short tuk tuk ride to the Hawa Mahal (100ruppees), exactly opposite the Jal Mahal where you can see it at night as well. A small market across the hotel too. We had lunch in the hotel which was great and ordered room service for a light dinner-I would say moderate. Staff very helpful and kind. Hotel atmosphere relaxed. Breakfast was ok. Room was nice with a very beautiful view of the lake. Mini bar was filled which I liked as well.

Breakfast didn’t have many choices for non Indians. Could be improved a bit there. Shower gel and shampoo please put 2 for each when you have 2 people in the room. The bottles were a bit small.

Chef Monica is awesome! Fantastic customer service. She froze bananas for me so I could have my protein shakes in the morning. I really appreciated that. She is so friendly and really went out of her way to make sure that I got the food I wanted. Having some food allergies and dietary restrictions, I truly appreciated this. You should give her a raise. Aman the guest relations manager also went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my time there. I also really appreciated them helping me arrange tuk tuks and guides for the city. One of the front desk workers also helped me book my train tickets, even using his credit card to do so when I was haven't issues with mine on the site.

This hotel is not as nice as the Trident in Udaipur and the staff are not as friendly (apart from Chef Monica and Man). Coming from the Udaipur Trident, I had high expectations. That being said, overall I enjoyed my stay here.
