"Our recent stay at the hotel was marred by a series of disappointments, particularly with the service. While enjoying the pool, we inquired if it would be possible to have food served there, as we were quite tired and hungry. Unfortunately, our request seemed to have been forgotten, as we waited for over two hours without any update. When we followed up, the staff member admitted he had neglected to even consult his supervisor. Subsequently, we headed to the downstairs restaurant, only to find that the dish we wanted was unavailable due to a high volume of orders. This series of oversights and a lack of attentive service significantly diminished our overall experience at the hotel."

Excellent value hotel in fascinating Junagadh. We had a very good sized, comfortable room with floor to ceiling window with fantastic views looking out over the old fort (lit up at night). You could see the view from the shower which was cool. Bed super king sized. Hotel overall modern and clean. Staff helped us get a taxi to Sasan Gir.

Breakfast was obviously catering for largely Indian guests so somewhat limited. The rooftop pool is covered so no sunbathing.

My parents stayed at the property for 3 nights and it was a great experience for them from all the departments, the front office, housekeeping, and F&B, well-trained staff thanks to the HK staff who understood the shoe shine requirement and kept shoeshiner at the room. thanks to the F&B manager for arranging takeaway breakfast for them, and the Front office team for accommodating their requirements. I trust the leader makes a huge difference and the team follows them, a big thanks to the General manager of the property for making the experience memorable.

Excellent stay at this hotel, very comfortable room with a beautiful view on the Girnar Mount. The photos online are faithful to reality. The staff was welcoming and mindful. I also enjoyed the rooftop, whose food was good, and the SPA which was amazing. They use nice products and delivered a very professional care. Lovely staff there too

The room was definitely clean, but residuals of dust and hair remained on the ground (not in the bathroom though). Those details should not be neglected in a hotel of such standard.

We booked through booking.com for 7 people (4adults+ 3 kids: 9-6-3). The proposition was 2 rooms both with 2x2 meters long king size beds so sufficient for all of us. When we arrived we noticed that beds were not king size but single beds meaning that we had 4 beds for 7 people which was definitely not enough. Our booking confirmation mentioned expressively the number of guests + ages of kids. They confirmed it at the reception during the check in. They started to offer us 3 extra mattresses (2 in one of the room + 1 in the other). We agreed. But after calling them 2 times they finally installed 2 extra mattresses only so one bed was still missing. We had to put 2 single beds together to make a big bed to sleep with our 3years old baby which was not comfortable.

I recently stayed at a hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was immaculate, with modern furnishings and a comfortable bed that provided a restful night's sleep. The spread was good. Staff was courteous and Co-operative. Would specially mention Ms. Anu in dining area. She was exceptionally good. Was happy to learn that it was a pure vegetarian hotel.

On the Diwali and other festive days staff was little less and more people/customers, little more staff was needed, it was a bit chaotic and food was. It refilled fast enough. Terrace restaurant was superb.

Accomodation - looked updated, comfortable and clean, no major housekeeping issues, nothing to complain about! Service - friendly staff in general, esp breakfast area, supervisor took time and made effort to say hi and ask if everything was ok.. waiting staff were courteous and accommodating.

They keep only one towel, one napkin, one set of toiletries for a booking for 2 persons. Even after requests they did not add another napkin, set of toiletries. These days tooth brush, paste is complimentary but we struggled to get it. Staff is courteous but they did not seem to have an authority to provide these things.
