Breakfast was good. The staff at breakfast was very helpful. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Bathroom was also tidy and neat. All 4 star facilities like iron board, tea/coffee maker, workdesk, shoe shiner, etc were present. Wifi had good speed. Excellent property!

Pool was very small. Concierge could have been better. They did not help me call a cab when asked, I had to download an app on my phone to do so. Room service was not prompt. Fitness room was not too well equipped.

Lovely place to stay and great breakfast. Staff were lovely. Service was good. Food amazing.

The view from our room was poor. I was not allowed to charge room service to my room which was odd. Then more odd was I was asked to provide internet from my mobile to connect the eftpos machine. Apparently there were issues for the internet that day.

The staff is very friendly , coperative. Rooms are clean, the rooms are spacious and pleasant. Not a great view , if you want to have a good view book suites. Food is obviously delicious, delicious samosas, tasty katla fish curry. Very warm staff at the restraunt. They cater to every need of yours perfectly , be it more spicy or less spicy. Perfect location if you have a flight to catch,will take hardly 10 min to the airport by car.

The check in timings are very odd. 3 pm, but they have no issues if you check after 12 noon, so it's good.the bathrooms were clean but had yellow spots in the corners and in the pot.

*The buffet breakfast was excellent as was the service of the restaurant staff. The chef came to show me what I can eat that is vegan. *The dinner buffet also looks excellent. Worth it to stay just for this restaurant. *Close to the airport. Very large room =

The hotel staff was not very pleasant nor helpful. (and they try to get you to write a Tripadvisor review while checking out.) We ordered a driver to pick us up with our fight number, but the driver left without checking that our flight was delayed. When we tried to call the hotel, there was no answer. *** Advice: If you order a car to pick you up at the airport, make sure you stay in the airport until you know the driver has arrived. Once you leave the air conditioned airport you can not go back inside. We were stuck outside in the heat and humidity until we finally reached someone at the hotel. It was also very loud outside so it was difficult to talk on the phone.

Was given a surprise upgrade to a suite.The room was nice with everything working all right .Just slept over for a night so honestly nothing much to say or comment. Did not dine or use any facility. The upgrade was definitely a big plus.

The hotel is called " Kolkatta airport hotel", but thats misleading.Its a good 4 kms away from the airport near a mall. Had sent them anearly check in request for 9.30 but didnt get a reply and was refused on arrival.

The staff was very courteous. They assisted me with early checkin at 11am. The room was clean and spacious. There are some good options to eat very near to the hotel (Arsalan, Shimla Biryani, etc.)

As I was travelling from outside and had to checkin early, I had called/messaged the hotel on the prior Sunday. However, there was no response. I had to call back again on Monday for their feedback.

Cozy, spacious room, well thought out. Exceptionally courteus and helpful staff. Tasty and not monotonous breakfasts, every day some of the dishes changed. Good location, close to the airport and Eco Park. A supermarket and many restaurants in the area.

Bottled water in the room did not encourage drinking - the bottle thread seemed to be dirty.

Staffs were excellent. Kind and caring. Special thanks to all the members (Sayan Dutta, Pradeep, Soma, Abdul - and everyone else unfortunately cannot recall all the names) of the social kitchen restaurant and Dipankar from house keeping for excellent services.

Rooms can be improved - sometimes water dripped from the AC. Even though it worked fine. A matt in the washroom would be a good addition.
