This hotel has spacious and well-kept rooms to offer. The bathroom impresses with its elegant natural stones and new fittings. Everything is clean and nice. We had a room on the 9th floor with twin beds and slept very well. We were also satisfied with the restaurant where also alcoholic beverages are available. The selection of beer, however, was limited to just one type of beer, namely Kingfisher Storm. Being a guest of the Hotel we got a remarkable discount of 20% on it.

When we wanted to have an aperitif at the pool side we had to learn that no white wine was available, inspite of the fact that it was mentioned in the drinks menu. We thought that was a shame for such a great Hotel where everything else was to our complete satisfaction.

Rooms were clean and the food was good.

We had a special purpose for the stay. Had ordered a special Cake and it was confirmed by them well in advance. But, they didn't keep their words and delivered a normal cake with best wishes.... We were really disappointed. Secondly, Ravis being a 5 star hotel there is no proper car parking facility. Third, they don't even give additional room access cards- just one / room....we asked for an extra card. They didn't. Likewise there are many things. For them its a small thing but for the customer everything matters.

Located centrally in Calicut. Very courteous staff, Quick check in and out. Room was large and well appointed. Very comfortable mattress. Breakfast spread was good. Liked the Chaya kada. Room service was quick and food served was good.

Parking is insufficient at premises. I was informed that the Valet parking was in an open area, which does not add to confidence. Staff was prompt though.

Courteous and professional staff, perfect location to visit important parts of the city. All the famous food places are a short rickshaw ride away. There is an ATM in the Mall attached to the hotel accessible thru the coffee shop of the hotel.

Tea and Coffee served by room service was ordinary. Door key card keeps getting deactivated and staff at reception have to be engaged to assist. Since key card is required even to use the elevator when it is deactivated one can helpless on the wrong floor with no access to operating the lift.

The room was BIG and so was the bathroom. So spacious and comfy. The pool was quite nice. It wasn't very busy when I visited so I had the whole pool to myself. The location is ideal to get around Calicut quite easily and there are many great restaurants nearby. The auto rickshaws were the best way to travel— quick, cheap, efficient and you can hail one right outside the hotel.

It didn't feel like a 5 star hotel. Probably the amenities, service and the lobby but it wasn't really an issue. Would love to visit again!

Raviz rooms, food etc. Very good. Your Staff one Mr Shameel was super helpful- from the room booking onwards thru Railway Station pickup, Tirunelli trip arrangements and Railway Station drop, was perfect and he has arranged everything the best. He always serves with a smile. I think he is an asset to Raviz. May God bless him

Everything. Very friendly and polite staff. Great, spacious rooms with all the amenities. Very spacious and luxurious bathrooms. Excellent buffet breakfast which caters to the local and international taste buds.

Nothing. It is difficult or impossible to find anything which is not upto the standards.

I unfortunately missed his name - the front office staff was excellent. Such a guest-friendly and authentic person. I feel so bad to have missed his name. He was such a help.

Surprising to see the neatness and the comfort in the room . The bathroom was clean and neat . The beds were so comfortable . The Airconditioning is very good and it was not expected .

I requested a twin bed and the message I got was it was subject to availability. Well, you cannot keep the guest guessing whether or not you can provide what has been requested. It was a booking well in advance and you should be able to say yes or no. It is not a request for early check-in or a similar request to be subjected to availability.
