Location of the property is great. Everything is at a walking distance. Facilities provided like pool, water park, games room, gymnasium, spa, in house restaurants. Executive rooms were spacious. Had booked deluxe rooms but were upgraded by the property to executive. Prompt service.

Jacuzzi with no hot water. Breakfast taste could have been better. Also salt was a little less as per our liking. Is seemed that repeated items were leftover from the previous day like boiled eggs, pastries, etc. Prawns koliwada ordered during lunch were awesome. Same ordered during dinner were meh. Water was dripping from the false ceiling in the second floor passageway. Bar counter is open after 4 pm but the kitchen is closed. So you won't be getting any starters. Only finger food is available at that time. Mini fridge was not cooling at all. Sofa bed for the extra person is not that comfortable.

My experience for Meritas Piccadle Resort is overall had a wonderful experience. The resort is beautifully maintained, offering a good environment perfect for relaxation. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met promptly. The food at the on-site restaurant was delicious, and there was a good variety of options available. The amenities, including the pool were top-notch and added to the luxurious feel of the resort(I didn't visit the spa area).

There was one area that needed improvement that is the bathroom. Fixing the bathroom would greatly enhance the overall comfort and experience at the resort.

I recently stayed at Meritas Picaddle Resort Lonavala and was thoroughly impressed. The food quality, quantity, and taste exceeded my expectations. The staff were attentive and friendly, contributing to a positive experience. The resort's central location made it convenient for exploring nearby attractions. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. The swimming pool and waterpark were highlights, providing enjoyable leisure options. With a plethora of food choices and a well-arranged breakfast buffet, my overall stay was delightful. Highly recommended for a memorable getaway.

Despite the positive aspects,. The bathroom lacked proper ventilation, resulting in a persistent stinky smell. It would be beneficial for the management to improve the ventilation in the bathrooms to enhance the overall guest experience.

The stay was very good, value for money. I asked them to decorate my room for a special occasion, and they did it perfectly. The price for decoration was a bit on the higher side. The restaurants Brocolli and Veggies have a very good ambience and food is decently prices compared to other options available. The pool and game room is very good. Enjoyed the most at water theme park. The breakfast spread is very good, lots of options. Whenever I called them before my stay for any questions, they always helped me with it.

There should be a handwash at the basin.

One of the few places in Lonavala that accommodates 2 adults and 2 kids in the same room (else you have to opt for 2 separate rooms). And that too at value for money prices. It has a small water park with 3 slides and a big pool - kids absolute love it for this. And for this veru reason, this has been one of the only places that I visited twice.

Located in the heart of Lonavala market on main road. While access to most nearby places is convenient, it doesn't offer the quaint, soothing-view exclusivity of a hill station.

The hotel was neat and clean, staffs were helpful. The food was good. The buffet breakfast had good choice to eat. The swimming pool was clean but water was cold. The water park was good, kids enjoyed lot. The location is very near to various shops and restaurants/eateries. Also they have indoor games for kids and adults. The valet parking is available in site.

Jacuzzi water was not warm.

Resort is located right at the city centre which is easy to access local market area. The play pool has limited slides but its fun as it has seperate pool and a jacuzzi !!!

The south wing 3rd floor where we were allotted rooms had a stinking odour/ smell in the corridors, also the covers of sofa cum beds in the rooms where a bit dirty Rooms where OK OK but were neat and clean

Enjoyed totally. Kids were happy with the indoor games, swimming pool, water park. Suite was really spacious, neat & clean.

Sofa cum bed was not proper. Enough space is available. Then make an arrangement for proper sofa cum bed where 2 kids can sleep comfortably. Bed provided was only for 1 person, so naturally 3 had to accommodate on double bed.

It was a perfect family resort, I had traveled with my toddler and baby and disabled Mother and Father.staff is courteous, rooms are up to date , Good facilities wheelchair friendly. Good breakfast and lot of options for food in general, near to city center as well. Good spa and indoor activities.

No hot water swimming pool, really missed it.Because of which my kids could not enjoy the swimming pool.

The property is fantastic with a lot of activities for adults and kids. The water park is a major attraction. The game room is functional and we enjoyed playing the games there. The property is well-developed and provides enough opportunities for good photography. Staff was very courteous and helpful.
