My experience for Meritas Piccadle Resort is overall had a wonderful experience. The resort is beautifully maintained, offering a good environment perfect for relaxation. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met promptly. The food at the on-site restaurant was delicious, and there was a good variety of options available. The amenities, including the pool were top-notch and added to the luxurious feel of the resort(I didn't visit the spa area).

There was one area that needed improvement that is the bathroom. Fixing the bathroom would greatly enhance the overall comfort and experience at the resort.

I recently stayed at Meritas Picaddle Resort Lonavala and was thoroughly impressed. The food quality, quantity, and taste exceeded my expectations. The staff were attentive and friendly, contributing to a positive experience. The resort's central location made it convenient for exploring nearby attractions. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. The swimming pool and waterpark were highlights, providing enjoyable leisure options. With a plethora of food choices and a well-arranged breakfast buffet, my overall stay was delightful. Highly recommended for a memorable getaway.

Despite the positive aspects,. The bathroom lacked proper ventilation, resulting in a persistent stinky smell. It would be beneficial for the management to improve the ventilation in the bathrooms to enhance the overall guest experience.

The stay was very good, value for money. I asked them to decorate my room for a special occasion, and they did it perfectly. The price for decoration was a bit on the higher side. The restaurants Brocolli and Veggies have a very good ambience and food is decently prices compared to other options available. The pool and game room is very good. Enjoyed the most at water theme park. The breakfast spread is very good, lots of options. Whenever I called them before my stay for any questions, they always helped me with it.

There should be a handwash at the basin.

One of the few places in Lonavala that accommodates 2 adults and 2 kids in the same room (else you have to opt for 2 separate rooms). And that too at value for money prices. It has a small water park with 3 slides and a big pool - kids absolute love it for this. And for this veru reason, this has been one of the only places that I visited twice.

Located in the heart of Lonavala market on main road. While access to most nearby places is convenient, it doesn't offer the quaint, soothing-view exclusivity of a hill station.

It was a perfect family resort, I had traveled with my toddler and baby and disabled Mother and Father.staff is courteous, rooms are up to date , Good facilities wheelchair friendly. Good breakfast and lot of options for food in general, near to city center as well. Good spa and indoor activities.

No hot water swimming pool, really missed it.Because of which my kids could not enjoy the swimming pool.

Resort location is in the center of town, nearby there are plenty of shops and accessible stores in walking distance. Hotel looks beautiful, rooms are maintained well and spacious. My stay was during the 1st week of Oct'22, got front (road) view room with a small balcony. Water park is a best part in this resort with decent maintenance, kids will enjoy a lot. Also, there is a small Game zone with carrom board, billiards, table tennis etc., but the maintenance is not up to the mark. Staffs are well mannered and polite. Breakfast was nice with good varieties of dishes. For lunch and dinner, we tried non-veg in Picadore - Multi cuisine restaurant. Overall, a perfect resort to spend your vacation with family.

Balcony width size is small, it can accommodate only 2 persons to be seated on the chair. The Lounge bar was closed and not functional. It was a disappointment though the hotel management said drinks will be served in their Picadore non-veg Restautant.

water park - rides were good, all age group can enjoy. food was good. we had all meals in hotels only. kids enjoyed a lot in waterpark/pool/jacuzzi/game zone. They served drinks/food at water park too which was very good. breakfast was also nice with plenty of options.

we had to wait a bit at counter for check in. it was delayed by 30 mins. few rooms don't have balcony and we also got one such room. Not a big disappointment though.

Best place to spend time woth family in lonavla if its really raony putside stay in hotel ,either enjoy in pool water park or kids zone all are so nice places with in the hotel

Beds are not that comfy but thats the problem with all hoyel mattresses are same everywhere so same with Meritas

Room was well maintained. food was good. Staff is courteous and friendly. Play zone, water games and swimming pool will keep children occupied. Location of this property was most important for us, as we wanted to venture out different eateries. Hotel Ramakrishna is at walkable distance.

Room allotment at the desk took a long time... as long as an hour. Wi-Fi network goes off frequently. TV has only selected channels. So, we all had to depend on our own gadgets for our family time. The House keeping staff are courteous, but service is not prompt. Game zone has very few choices. It can be increased.
