The room, breakfast

We had an early check out as we were to catch 7:25am flight. I went to reception earlier evening and requested for some take away breakfast. The person in the reception advised me to dial 5 from my room and order the breakfast. As I dialed around 8pm, a lady picked up and proposed me to give some bakery items and fruits and confirmed me that these would be ready at the reception at 5:30am, when we’ll check out. In the morning we went to the reception and did our check out. But to our utter disappointment, there were no take away breakfast for us. The person in the reception said he is not aware of any take away breakfast, however he arranged some bananas and apples.

The staff was amazing. The location is in the heart of the city, 2mins from Hazratganj main market area. The rooms were really big and lovely. The stay was amazing. The staff was really really helpful. Special mention of their breakfast spread in the Orchid restaurant. Great variety and even better taste. Sanni, Deeksha, Tejaswi went out of their way to make our stay to look forward to. Chef Aman worked his wonders with his recipes and do not miss miss out on his Eggs Benedict, the best I have had in a long time with the hollandaise sauce to perfection.The bar and the bartender knew their concoctions well- definitely try their chilli guava cocktail with the gin base Akhilesh from house-keeping made sure we had everything we needed in our room.Over all great great great experience.

Everything was great

Very high standards, comparable to five star hotels. Amazing location, not crowded and yet very well connected with rest of Lucknow. We could go around easily via Uber taxis, autos etc... which were always available, even late night and early morning. The staff was extremely gracious right from the time we dropped in at the check in counter to when we checked out at 5:30 in the morning. They were ready with a nicely packed breakfast, which was a pleasant surprise.

Breakfast was good. Food quality and quantity was good. A little overpriced. Staff was very courteous and polite and helpful. The staff in the restaurant especially was very good. The trainees in the restaurant were not very knowledgeable. The housekeeping staff was also good and courteous. All the chefs and the head chef were very helpful

The best feature of this property is the staff. They are genuinely warm and helpful. I stated with my family, including kids and elderly, for 2 nights. The service was always prompt and warm.

Perhaps the dinner spread could be more Lucknow specific; it was too generic, more like a business hotel. The food was definitely good; only if they had a better spread, we would have enjoyed more.

Very comfortable room nd bathroom. Breakfast and dinner provided a good range of buffet dishes.

The swimming pool was unfortunately out of action when we were there, and for a top hotel, there was a disappointingly limited range of free english language movies and news channels.

I liked the cozy room and the ambience

Reception area is very compact and the hotel has rule for Swimming pool access, they need swimming costume for accessing the pool which they should have mentioned at booking pages.

Our stay with this hotel was fabulous and exciting. Starting from reception to restaurant to Gym and Swimming pool . Food was excellent, breakfast spread was too good. Recommend everyone to stay here

The Breakfast spread was vast and good - The choice was varied and apt for all sorts of palates - Would have liked choice of museli instead of 3 types of only cereals
