BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT WITH PLENTY OF CHOICE. FRESH FRUIT (eg PAPAYA, MELON, PINEAPPLE}, SALADS, DIPS, CEREALS, NUTS, GRAINS ETC GOOD VARIETY OF BOTH WESTERN AND INDIAN BREAKFAST DISHES. PURIS AND PARATAS WERE SOFT AND FLUFFY AND VERY TASTY. OUR FAMILY OWN CHOICE ON MOST DAYS WAS BANANA WRAPPED IN PARATA OR CHAPATTI SPREAD WITH PEANUT BUTTER........YUMMY! RESTAURANT STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL, COURTEOUS AND ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO ASSIST. AND ALWAYS WITH LOVELY SMILES. SO WELL DONE TO THEM ALL!

THE RESTAURANT AC WAS A LITTLE TOO COLD AT TIMES FOR OUR OWN PERSONAL COMFORT, SO MOST OF OUR DRINKING AND DINING WAS DONE IN THE PATIO AREA WHICH WAS MORE COMFORTABLE. OCCASSIONAL BIRD DROPPINGS IN THE CENTRAL RECEPTION AREA. I ALSO DIDN'T LIKE THE FACT THAT OUTSIDE CABS/TAXIS (WHO WERE CHEAPER) WERE NOT ALWAYS PERMITTED TO DROP OFF OR PICK UP GUESTS STAYING AT THE HOTEL.

- Well looked after hotel. Feels safe and clean. Probably the best hotel in the area. - The gym is generally great; bright airy space, well maintained equipment. - Good breakfast selection, nice restaurant.

- There is not much to do around the area. The walk to the beach is through a dodgy looking littered car park, and there are nicer beaches in south Goa. - Pool bar speaker broken: staff tried to put some music on to add a bit of atmosphere as the area can be very quiet with no one around. The noise was awful and they had to turn it off. Speaker needs replacing. - please clean gym floor more often, very dirty/dusty

There was a good choice for breakfast, and there was a choice of sitting in a nice cool air conditioned room, or outside where it was pleasantly warm. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the beach, so it is easy to head over there.

Air conditioning was necessary in the rooms, and it was too noisy for undisturbed sleep at night. If not on, the room became too hot. At times, there was too much noise late at night. Regarding breakfast, pastries were sometimes a bit stale. A nice egg counter, but it could do with a list of the items they can prepare for you. And the coffee was rather too strong for our taste. The restaurant would benefit from a self service area where you can get tea and coffee etc, rather than waiting for the staff to bring it to you.

Nice clean room with plenty of space. Staff is great, very friendly and accommodating. Bed was comfortable and we really appreciated being provided some drinking water. Great shower too. Beach and beach restaurants are within walking distance. Power would occasionally go out but come back on pretty quick. Also, there is only one road to reach the hotel by which can get a bit hectic with beach traffic. Not necessarily a bad thing just something to be aware of.

Breakfast was pretty bad. Not very flavorful and cold even early in the morning. There are some other places in the area to eat at if you want more options.

Location is good, walking distance to beach. Beach is clean and less crowded. Also there was carnival happening nearby which was fun to watch. It has rented bicycles which we used in the morning. it was good experience. Used Spa which was worth the money. All over clean and well maintained. Staff was polite and answered well to all queries. My online payment got stuck which staff gave full attention. They mentioned extra payment would be refunded soon. I am waiting for it. Overall I will repeat stay at this place.

Mirror in bathroom is not well placed. Its to a side and hard to see in cases like when shaving. Also found on toothpic in shower floor.

breakfast spread was excellent. even the lunch and dinner buffet was excellent. the staff did a great job and kept on asking about our requirements. they even served champagne in breakfast. location excellent. beach is only 200 meters and hotel provides towel for taking it to the beach. benaulim beach is one of the cleanest beaches in goa. lot of shacks around the hotel for food and night outs. highly recommendable. lots of space for car parking as the road in front is like private road and well maintained by the hotel.

no smoking allowed in the open bar near the swimming pool.

the whole experience, from the check-in, house keeping, restaurant and the entire staff were absolutely fabulous, courteous, entertaining and everyone would go the extra mile to cater and satisfy their guest. I work for an International airline, hence, I have the privilege of travelling, by far this has been the most satisfying stay. what impressed me the most is the attitude and approach of the staff during the Breakfast buffet, the time is from 0630 to 1030, but there were not stopping or turning the guest away nor were the guest told that it was there last order and the buffet will be closed. the buffet was on, until the last guest left.

the swimming pool needs a top covering, some people, like me, don't want to tan or get burned whilst swimming. otherwise, the pool size was perfect.

We were here to celebrate our daughter's 2nd birthday - I must say the team left no stone unturned in ensuring making it all theore special for our lil one. They planned a special breakfast for her, arranged a lil cake cutting before we headed out to church. To add to it, they also planned the entire evening - from the set up, to the cake to showing our girl with all the special attention, despite it being a busy Diwali Day! I specially wanna give a shout out to the team @Kava - Mr Vinay, Felen, Myron, Kajal, Nikhil and others who personalized our entire stay. And... The food is amazing! The hotel boasts of a massive area with an amazing pool by the bar, restaurant, play areas, and other amenities. The best part was the kids play zone that our child wouldn't wanna leave. What's more - There's ive music playing across different sections of the hotel. We'd definitely love to be back next time Thanks team Fairfield

The only con for us was the bed size - apparently all rooms have a double bed, which ends up being a lil uncomfortable when you're with a toddler. Other than that- it was an exceptional stay!

We had visited to celebrate our daughter's first birthday. The property is located close to Benaulim beach. The check in was smooth and the room was fine. We got an upgrade with a room with swimming pool view. We had opted for a full board and the spread at breakfast, lunch and dinner was good. The arrangements made for our daughter's birthday were good and the staff was very courteous throughout our stay.

The room and balcony were not absolutely clean at the time of check in but were cleaned after we asked for. The toiletries were not refilled as well at check in. On the day of check out we faced issues at breakfast buffet because too many other guests from a corporate had literally hijacked the spread and the hotel was unable to handle the situation.

the location was great for beach access. The staff was wonderful and the hotel itself had everything we needed for a good holiday . The breakfast spread was expansive and decent .

overall it was a great property but if I had to pick on something , it would be that shower and toilets could be cleaned a bit more thoroughly (like the orange yellowish film around the toilet and the stuff around the toilet cover , also the shower wall grime ) , however I am sure sure the staff would take care of it , if it was brought to their attention. so no major dislikes for this place . I would recommended this hotel to friends and family.
