Well maintained Homestay. Thoughtfully designed building, rooms and common area/terrace. Extra Large double beds, clean toilets, well decorated interior. Drinking water/Fridge/Tea kettle/tea bag’s/cups available. Very helpful owner and staff, always responding promptly. Good simple breakfast, some Indian kind (poori/chitranna/Aloo Sabji/tea during our stay) plus boiled egg and bread on request, no juice or corn flakes. I didn’t demand variety as I felt it’s too much to ask for more and more choices.

Toilet very spacious and clean. But the toilet seat is much smaller in length than the commode itself, so body likely to touch commode, a discomfort. Above that when you move, the seat was coming off from its holder, totally uneasy effort to put it back in slot, happened many times till I learned how to use without moving (LOL). Plus toilet paper given only on request. Towels clean. But I felt blankets not fresh/crispy. Car parking only road side plus an open area a bit far, but manageable.

The rooms are neat and clean,plants,view from the balcony, Complimentary breakfast(very tasty)very helpfull behaviour of the care taker boys(Prasad and Yakshith). Highly recommended.

We enjoyed the space. The room was a good size, with a nice separate living room. The terrace outside was very pleasant. We appreciated the kettle and complimentary tea and coffee that came with the room. The location was good, in a quiet area, away from the busy town centre. Good wifi.

The bedsheets were a bit moist. Cutlery and plates could have been available. The staff could have been more welcoming and friendly. We had the impression that the property was in fact understaffed, as it was hard to find the only staff member.

The house keeper (Prasad) was of great service and help. Really want to shout out to him because he was the main reason the stay was excellent. He is extremely responsive and helpful. Thank you, Prasad

Could do better with cleanliness I suppose but not that it was a deal breaker for me. Overall a wonderful experience! I highly experience.

We were 7 people, booked 3 rooms which comes with dining space also. It's just like a 3bhk home with separate washrooms in all rooms. It was very good stay, all amenities provided, the caretaker guy was also very sweet and helpful. Breakfast was complimentary and was very tasty which was made by owner itself. They live downstairs and upper floor they give as homestay. Had a great time with my friends. I recommend this as it's also nearby to all major attractions in Madikeri.

Property was clean, calm, and located at a convenient place. Staff was well behaved. And most importantly it was worth the price they offered it for.

Breakfast could be improved a bit with more options and better quality. Better car parking would have been an extra mile. Though we could park out car just outside the hotel but that wasn't a proper parking lot.

The place was well kept and the ambience created and nurtured was very pleasing. The hotel had good amenities and polite staffs. The place is also at walkable distance from the Madikeri bus stand (Way is secluded during odd hours hence i would advise prefer to not walk during odd hours).

The rooms could be help with a better pest control measures in kitchen area. We also observed the lock on the bathroom door was not the easiest/convenient to manage every time.

Excellent breakfast..tasty n fresh... that to on time as said while booking... Cleanliness super...although well in the city...u can feel the experience the nature's call ...chepering of the birds n breeze..

No lift..found bit difficult for my mom climb the stairs... Once u r up in the room u forget all other issues

I loved the location and the room. It was a lovely and comfortable stay with an excellent view of the misty mountains. The host is a lovely lady with a charismatic smile and warmth. Overall a great experience as the first homestay experience of my life.

A single towel was provided for a group of 3 and a dearth of a common eating place for breakfast rather than room service would have been preferable because for anything and everything you have to keep disturbing the host/house lady.

Breakfast was super. fresh and homemade, we had booked two rooms. one with breakfast and other one by mistake chose without breakfast. But owner/ manager allowed both families for breakfast without any extra money. It means owner never think for profit for always , Humanity. we felt very great .
