The hotel is located in an amazing location and gives you a pristine view of snow kissed mountains.

Avoid using the travel desk provided by this hotel named "Happy Manali tours".. local sight seeing is ok with them but this travel agent is not reliable for outstation travel, he changes car/drivers even without speaking with you (initially promised that he will give same cab), They changed my travel to another car where his trunk was already half loaded with some items (seems they are doing parcel service also) and our luggage had to be squeezed which damaged my trolley. They shifted my luggage without asking us and I noticed the damaged suitcase while off boarding at destination.

Overall it was a great stay at Mountain Face hotel. Good and polite staff, Good Manager (Balwant Thakur), very cooperative and helped me getting late check out when he saw I was with family with 2 kids, great people of Hotel. Food was just awesome, must try if you are staying at this hotel and recommend to al Manali Travellers to try this hotel once. Travel Desk - It was again getting handled by another Gem of a person, Mr Happy, he was great man and tour coordinator, he provides good tour with very good vehicles.

Heater could have been better but it was ok.

The view from Room is breathtaking. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. They allowed us to check in early morning at no cost. Which allowed us to relax and rejuvenate after a hectic journey of a night before. The food in restaurant is good as well. Restaurant has a view as well amazing when you wakeup and have sumptuous breakfast with view of mountain and snow clad peaks. The name of the hotel is true to its name mountain face. About the property its not superlatively fancy but surely exceeds your basic expectations when you are thinking it as a budget hotel.

Some of the Dishes in restaurant are a bit on a expensive side. Its okay to charge higher but when you pay an extra buck you expect it to be really top notch which we found was lacking.

The best part of this hotel is its location. It is at the extreme end from the road, towards the mountain. if you are at the right time of the year in this hotel, you will definitely not miss out the spectacular view with green and white.

Complete let down and only single negative point of this property is that they do not have sufficient parking for cars. Also, the route to the hotel becomes extremely narrow in the end and cars like Innova or Scorpio have to deal with very narrow curves, and avoid getting a scratch on the car.

The price was a bit high but the taste was quite good

Nothing! Wish I could stay longer as 1 night was not enough

Our stay was great at the hotel. Balwant ji and the other staff members were very cooperative and sweet.

The only issue we faced was with the parking. They should clearly mention on their page about the weird parking situation. It's really hard to drive a SUV to their hotel parking area. But having said that, looking at our situation and struggle Balwant ji was very sweet to arrange an alternative parking space for us. So Thank you for that. also, the breakfast spread is a bit boring and not at all tasty. But the food which we ordered from their restaurant to our room was much more tastier.

What more could you possibly want ! The place has the most amazing view from the giant glass windows and is located in a peaceful part of Manali. The food , the staff behaviour is one of the best I have experienced in all my years of travelling. You can book this place without thinking twice. It is a class place! I will definitely like to stay here whenever I come again! They also have a tour and travel desk to help with all sightseeing. Thank you for hosting me and my family. We came from Assam and had a fantastic time !

This hotel has an excellent view! My room no was 302 and I could see Manali as well as snow-capped mountains from my balcony. One could just sit there and spend hours looking at the natural beauty of Manali. For the location, although this hotel is 3km away from Mall Road, I would rate it 10 out of 10. That is simply because of the views it offers! The food was good, not really outstanding. The staff was accommodating and smiling. This hotel is surrounded by an apple orchid, which even makes it more beautiful.

There was limited food choice in breakfast as well as in dinner. We booked the room on a MAP basis so our breakfast and dinner were included in the price. I found limited options for food, but considering the price, it was OK.
