Restrooms are really stinky. It took the joy out of the stay. There are no heaters in the room. Whatever heat it provided was too little for the room Food could have been better.

The overall experience was amazing we stayed there for 3 nites, and it was a total Bliss. Beginning from welcome, from Deepak and other front office lady, apologies i cant recall her name. The rooms were absolutely clean with no sign of dust or any other sort of odour. Very well maintained property especially when it comes to amenities. Speaking about room service Mr. Chhindu Kapoor was a very kind gentleman patient with our requirements :-). Thank you to the restaurant team as well becoz i hv eaten one of the finest tasting food at this place. Hope to see you next winter again.

Superb view, hospitality, kids friendly

Everything from the hotel to the staff was exceptional. One of the Best experience my family has had. The views are breathtaking . The staff so humble and efficient . The ambience is superawesomme . perfect location, super clean rooms, great food, warm welcome & super staff From welcome to check-out everything was good. I would rate the property as a 4star property in terms of facilities but the due to helpful & smiling staff it’s a 5 star property for us. special mentions: Karan, Ravi, Aum, Ram, restaurant team & chef, miss Anjali & her team. All of them made our stay memorable. secret: ask for fresh pan cakes while having breakfast. Don’t miss: wood fire place experience in mountain view suits.

Water heating capacity of electric water heaters should be increased. currently it is not enough for one person usage. small suggestions: breakfast menu is good but requires some variation daily for guest are stay 3 or more nights.

Front office staff...especially Deepak was very helpful. Room service was exceptionally prompt. Food spread and taste was good. We had ala carte and buffet both turned out well.

The bathroom had a continuous sewage smell.

The beautiful garden, the view of the mountains, the different outside seating areas, the refreshing pool, the cosy room in a stylish, but simple cottage made of stone and wood, the friendly staff, the location outside of a cramped and chaotic Manali.

Staff was courteous. Property was beautiful. Food was Freshly cooked.

Rooms are too cold. We had to ask for Bukhari to be on almost all the time we were in the room. We thought they would charge us for extra wood but surprisingly they didn't. The distance from Mall Road, Manali to Resort was almost 15 kms which use to take almost 35 to 45 minutes.

This property and the people involved with it, right from the owners to each and every staff are so warm and welcoming that they make you wanna visit again and again. Special thanks to the G.M Anjani, who ensured that we were well looked after throughout our stay. the other staffs Lekhraj, Kapoor, Ravi are so friendly and ensure you spend the best time with your family at their lovely property. looking forward to more stays at this fabulous property.
