The place was very nice, staff were excellent. What was alert down was the condition of the bathroom and the tiling was absolutely shocking, it was as if a 7 year old did the tiling and plumbing. It was horrendous thought the hotel. The air conditioner came on whenever it pleases also very noisy. The ladies who I suppose were there to assist were very rude I thought whilst I was taking to her she took a call on her phone and walked away from me as if I did not exist, extremely rude behaviour. In my option this hotel sholf only be approx 3500 rupees a night. Restaurant staff were good and the food was lovely.

Hotel staff was professional & friendly. Facilities were good, however we had issues with toilet drain, that was in shower area, which could not be resolved. Rooms are fairly spacious. Being in spritual land of Virndavan, all the staff is very polite & helpful. Resturant served very good vegetarian food, without onion & garlic. Breakfast buffet was good & had good variety. However I feel that overall the property is overpriced, by 10% to 15%.

Toilet drain issue in our room was not resolved.

Breakfast was repeated every day with minor changes The hallway needs cleaning....smelled ...the bathroom looked old and corroded with black stuff... around the bottom... towels looked worn ... management needs to pay attention to their customers from all over the world....this hotel is geared for locals more so in my opinion

The property is in good area with ample space for parking and has very much cosmic vibes. For baby they gave exactly what we needed, cook was good though

The washroom was bit untidy, we asked for water kettle several times and when we received the replacement it was all rusted. We were with a toddler and we needed the hot water several times but wasnt able to do so because of rusted kettle.

Great place to stay. Rooms are quite spacious and Comfortable. Staff and services are excellent. Parking available on site with high speed Internet.

The location being a little off the city centre makes it difficult to visit the places of interests a little difficult as the rickshaws/autos charge outrageous amount of money to get you anywhere from and to the hotel. Keep in mind if travelling with a Driver there is no resting place for them. Otherthan that it's a great place to stay.

Location is great. The staff are friendly and were forthcoming to help with answering my questions.

It would be great if single-use plastic bottles are replaced with reusable glass/stainless steel bottles. Having more options for Jain + Vegan food items in the restaurant menu will also help people with restricted diets. The room size could be bigger.

Well located property near to pilgrimage polite staff and efficient staff

Repairs were going on the floor where the rooms were allotted constant drill sound and when you step out of the room you met with a haze of dust . The area where the work is being done should be cordoned and rooms should not be allotted on that floor

The rooms were nice, spacious, and well-kept. The staff was very cooperative and pleasant.

The breakfast menu was limited and the food was average. However, the dinner ordered for in-room dining was very good and tasty.

Everything was excellent from staff welcoming us to saying see you soon.

It was not mentioned that minibar is extra money. But there was a price sheet in the mini bar. Water in room number 507's shower was leaking out of the shower. Also, water in the shower was not draining properly as it was supposed to.

So much delicious variety everyday, staff was very helpful and polite and professional manager is very helpful and granted our request for special dinner. Sunday dinner with karaoke singer was fun with dancing with partners. We enjoy our stay.
