The breakfast and dinner buffet spread was good and offered a large variety of dishes and cuisines. I would like to thank Ms. Rutuja who was there at the time of check in and at the Seasonal Tastes. She was always courteous, polite and smiling. The entire staff at the Seasonal Tastes was quite helpful and polite and catered to our requests with a smile.

Would prefer more comfortable pillows. The pillows were either too soft or too hard. In the buffet would suggest that the fruits which are kept be checked- there were muskmelon and papaya which were quite hard on both the days I was there. Also the kiwi in the fruit cake was not ripe and too sour. Another suggestion would be for the waffle cones for the icecreams. The cones were tasty but since they are kept outside it tends to get soft and that crunch and crispiness is not there. So if you can store it in an air tight box, keep a few for display and give the crisp cones it would be really appreciated. Also both the days I found a shortage of glasses which are kept near the juices, detox water and other beverages. Else the food quality and taste was quite good.

Staff is excellent. Swapnil, Ankit, Divya, Manju looked after me. Had a massage and it was awesome as well. Shwarin was really excellent and was very professional as well. She made good suggestions to opt for and didn't feel like she was recommending expensive massages only. She understood my requirements and gave me a product for the same.

Some staff during breakfast and dinner service are lazy. There were instances where a order was taken and I was waiting for upto 45 min. Luckily Ankit and Divya took care of it at both instances. Secondly on my last dinner 2 staff started having an argument right in front of everyone. The yelling and name calling was so distressing I ended up leaving the dinner half way. I provided my feedback to Manju who did apologise. But worst was cocktail evening. I went expecting some live social event but I could see chef and managers meeting the regulars and didn't bother abt the rest. Seriously pls have a dress code. People wearing thongs, shorts and shabby clothes were all over the place. I don't drink but I guess free booze attracts certain kind of people. Lastly have some people to serve.

The hotel is beautifully designed with high ceilings, marble flooring, and tastefully decorated common spaces. The room I stayed in was huge. It had a super comfy bed, a beautifully appointed modern bathroom, and a work desk with convenient internationalized power outlets and cables. It was on the 27th floor with a grand view of the city, the adjoining national park, and the beautiful hills on the horizon. The glass facade on the breakfast and lunch areas provided beautiful 360º views of the city and nature.

The service at breakfast was well-intentioned but lacked the competence you'd expect at such a high-end place. A small order for the two of us took 20 mins to arrive, at a time when we were the only guests and there were at least 20 staff members present. This is a strange thing in India generally. At 5-star hotels, you are surrounded by an overstaffed team of overeager but under-competent people. Personally, I find it a bit uncomfortable to be served by so many people at the same time. A small but competent staff would be so much better.

Very kind and accommodating staff starting from the efficient concierge and driver to the check-in staff and all the wonderful, attentive staff at breakfast. I was very impressed! Breakfast was amazing. The amount of Indian options was mind-blowing. Truly worth it. The fitness center, sauna and swimming pool facilities are all impeccably maintained.

Nothing really. If I had to suggest one change, it would be to have more lifts but I don't know how feasible that would be in a building this busy.

there are some uncoordinated things first i check in 12:30 AM i was very tired when i entered the room some body come in to my room and lock the minibar , i called reception and asked him what was is for ? he explained you did not ask to use minibar also you should give 5000 INR as payment for minibar... i told him why you did not tell me when i checked in!!! it is not good appearance that i enter to room from long flight and see somebody come and lock minibar and left room without any explanation.also there is uncoordinated for using meeting rooms.

I traveled to Mumbai for work and spent two nights at the Westin. It was really an amazing stay! The staff were more than helpful and friendly. The hotel was super clean, modernly decorated, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing and there were so many choices. Excellent food for room service and they even brought me a complimentary dessert the first night. The room and the view were great. There was a big event (wedding) going on while I was staying there, and obviously the staff were very busy, but I didn't feel once that attention to my needs was sidelined. 100% recommend.

Clean, good view, big rooms

I requested for an early check in at 3am in the morning but I was declined citing reasons that the hotel was full. The staff didn't gave me any option and I felt unwelcomed. As a result, I had to book another hotel just for a few hours. The next day when I came to check in at 2pm, I had to wait for another hour to get my room. I feel the hotel management can be a bit more flexible in these cases.

Excellent stay From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was seamless. The staff at the front desk were welcoming, friendly, and efficient. Breakfast was delicious as there was so many options were available! I loved the over all service and ambiance, This one of best properties I have stayed at. The staff members were consistently attentive and helpful. Their professionalism and warm demeanor contributed positively to my overall experience.

The rooms, at least the suite that I stayed in, was extremely spacious. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 children and were extremely comfortable. The beds are large and comfortable. The bathrooms are great although I really wish they had a health faucet. Breakfast was great, good spread with live stations as well. Service on the whole is some of the best I have ever experienced. And the pool was a super hit with the kids.

The ELEVATORS. For a hotel with that many rooms they really did not pay attention to the number of elevators required to handle those volumes. When the hotel is full you can see a little crowd gathering in the lift area with people waiting to get an elevator. It doesn't help that the elevators are quite slow as well. This would be the ONLY negative point i have about the hotel.

Absolutely worth the money. I got Executive room on 28th Floor with city view. The View at night was surreal. Big room, nice bathtub, closet, mini bar..everything was there. Extremely polite n cordial staff. Very quick room service. Yummy Chicken Biryani I had. Breakfast buffet was lavish in it's spread. 18th Floor, Seasonal Restaurant Loved it. Wish if I could have stayed for a longer period.

All was as expected, top- notch.
