The most soothing part of the stay was the king size beds... they are just uber comfortable! The location is also great, bang opposite the airport. The breakfast spread is delicious! Bell boy Mushtaque is a seasoned professional.. extended a warm courtesy all through our stay and made it pleasant. Thank you, Mushtaque, keep up the good work!

Some of the other staff at the bell desk are not helpful.. they didn't clean my car just because I expected a different price. I was shocked at that behavior! I expected more courtesy. Even the Manager on the front desk was lackadaisical! Also, the sanitary ware in the bathrooms need an upgrade. Very old fashioned and some non-functional.

We enjoyed our stay at the Pride Hotel (our second stay after initial visit in 2020). The staff are excellent and very helpful. Even though I had forgotten to request an airport shuttle prior to our arrival, front desk staff were quick to send one to receive us at the airport. When we returned from our Tadoba trip a few hours before the flight staff kindly agreed to store our luggage while we toured the City, and also provided the airport shuttle to drop us off at the airport. Very much appreciated. The in-house restaurant is very good, and we had a good breakfast on our first morning after arrival. We were a bit concerned about the noise from the party at the pool in the evening but this ended at 10 PM so no issues. Also appreciated the choice of soft and firm pillows in the bed.

The room could've had more electrical outlets in different locations, especially on both sides of the bed. Nowadays people are carrying all kinds of electronic equipment including smartphones, smartwatches, iPads, laptops, CPAP machines, etc. all of which need to be connected to power sources. But ALL hotels need to address this deficiency, so it is not exclusive to Pride. THe TV remotes were somewhat difficult to operate, and it took a quite a while for the technician to arrive to show us how to operate it. Also, it would be good to offer a choice of light and heavy blankets/covers since not everyone can sleep under very thick or heavy blankets.

Breakfast and room service was excellent with a full range of foods. The beds were very comfortable. The massage was excellent by gifted, kind ladies. We had some guests and they were welcomed too The staff were always helpful and friendly

The first room we had was a bit stuffy as it hadn't had any fresh air for a while. I would have liked the swimming pool to be open for more hours a day.

The location is perfect if you're passing through town. The rooms were large and comfortable.

The hotel deserves to lose a star solely because of its restaurant. The ambiance and all is great but the food is worse than a roadside dhaba and is overpriced for its quality. Too much chilli in everything, even after I had asked them specifically to not make it spicy. Soups were lacking salt, and mocktails were lacking any flare whatsoever.

Staff ware well behaved.Food was very good.Room was clean.

Bathroom was the main trouble,very bad quality commod shower, bathtub was not properly clean and maintained and also 🚿 bath shower it was choked with very low pressure of water, exhaust of washroom was not working.Not expected in a 5 star property like Pride.

Location was good, just near to the Airport Hotel breakfast was good , quality and spread was good. Room size and cleanliness in room was good

Can't be sold as a 5 star Hotel. It's price was very expensive compared to.l it's overall look and feel. It can be a good 3 start or an average 4 star

I was to leave by 6.30am and asked for breakfast like muffins, omelette etc but they gave only bread and butter which was useless. As I didn’t want to waste the food so gave to the beggar at Delhi. And ate Dosa at New Delhi

Whatever should have been asked for breakfast should have been provided by you. My friend who was Director in Coal India Limited also felt very bad and informed me that he will not bring any personal to Pride Hotel and neither he will recommend anybody

Breakfast was very good, good variety and great taste.

Staff at the main entrance didn’t come up for transferring luggage form car despite being told that we are checking in.

Reasonable price

We were charged for early check In. Also we checked out on the same day evening, we requested to adjust the (paid) breakfast taken in the morning as 1 breakfast was inclusive of charges. But our request was denied.

Really liked the stay here. Breakfast spread was quite broad and fresh. They also make fresh kullad chai inside the stall. Next day we had a early check-out at 4.30 ish so they packed us meal for 2 with sandwiches, muffins and fruits. Also served us tea when we gave them thermos.

Bed was slightly on the softer side. My preference was hard mattress.
