Very friendly caring staff, great food, comfortable rooms, lovely surroundings. The manager Amarjeet was simply great. True hospitality. special shout out to Abhishek Singh who helped us and my aged mother every day with patience and looked out for us. The chefs Arun and Abhishek were superb too for both Indian and continental food. Total value for money. The property is some 12 kms from Nainital, a little lower in altitude and has foresty surroundings! I would love to go back!

Bathrooms need separate wet and dry areas, we also needed place to dry clothes. Also it may be difficult as this is a hilly area, but a small lift would greatly ease problems of elderly and infirm to navigate

The staff was very good. The rooms were quite comfortable and clean. Couldn't have wished for more. The stay was great. All the staff members were very hospitable including the manager Mr. Amarjit.

Though the location was very nice, still on Google the distance was mentioned as 7km from the center,. Whereas it was 17km.

Like the dinning area in open and specially in front of our rooms with beautiful scenery view in clouds. Breakfast served was fresh and the hospitality of the hotel is very helpful and kind. Hotel is located at the peaceful greenery area which is the best part of it.

Food was really great, location is awesome, staff was very helpful especially Arun singh who is head of staff did a wonderful job. They arranged us music and dinner at terrace (not in our package), provided early breakfast and many more. Overall they were very supportive and helpful.

Excellent location. Room's were clean. There is delay in serving food some time s.

First of all, this Hotel is in Jeolikot on Haldwani Road, almost 17 Kms from Naini Lake and 30 KMs from Bhimtal, so plan accordingly. But the view and the open area of the hotel was commendable. You can have stay here and travel around 100 KMs(to and fro) all over the Mountain on daily basis, which was what i actually did. Foods were awesome specially Indian & Mughlai. My kids and parents enjoyed a lot specially Foods and the view from the Hotel. Staffs were quite responsive and had provided satisfactory services. Hotel provided us three Room Heaters for Five rooms in order to periodically keep us warm if needed. I must say, one can plan and stay over there.

In Hotel, Centralized Geyser system did not work properly, but Staffs arranged hot water bucket on daily basis. Every room must have geyser installed. Every room must have Electric Kettle. Electric Load should be extended, for two rooms, MCB kept on tripped many times. Chinese Cuisine was mediocre.
