Pollution in the location due to factories around

The Best part of the Hotel is the courteous staff.. very professional, and Right from the Reception to the Restaurant and Housekeeping, all of them have made our stay a comfortable one, The TRIP was an Emergency Trip as Sad Demise of my Brother, but the Hotel stay made me so relaxed and comfortable that i was in peace for the whole stay. A special Thanks to all the Names i am writing below as without them this trip would have been a BORING one, i would really appreciate the management award them with some kind of Performance certificate for there services. Ms. Mona Lama ( T L ) Ms. Pooja - she is STAR ---Good job ( Guest Service Associate ) Ms. Sakshi - she is GLITTER --- Good Job ( Management Trainee ) Ms. Madhu - She is Sweet --- Good job ( Guest Service Associate ) All the Other GSA - Sahil - Super star / Praveen - Super star / Mahesh Raut / Varad / Shibani / Tetei / Vaishnavi / Viraj FIVE STAR TO ALL OF THEM. A special thanks also to the FRONT OF THE HOUSE TEAM, who took care of my Emergency requirement for the Doctor on Call service which was required and provided all the necessary support with Doctor service and Medical supplies. Brilliant work from them, i could not write the Names but they are also a PART of my good stay, Please take care of them also. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND I LOOK FORWARD FOR MY VISIT AGAIN.

The only thing i would suggest is to improve the extra bed setting, and add a bit more Duvet to the bedding and blanket and pillows as i had to use the one from the normal bed from my partner. and to put some extra towel as per the Occupancy count in the room. we booked a TRIPLE BED ROOM

I had booked a room for two days as I had to attend a few meetings in that vicinity. My mom who is a senior citizen accompanied me and she was to stay alone for long hours. I had casually mentioned in in the special request section as I wanted an early check-in. Nupur and the team in the reception remembered it and checked on my mom and made her feel comfortable in my absence. They asked her if she needs tea etc and ensured she was ok. I am grateful to the staff members for looking after her so well.

Modern, clean hotel. Great rooms. Fab restaurant. I really enjoyed the rooftop pool and gym, and drinks in the bar served by Om - a brilliant bartender / mixologist

Nothing much to not like. Location in Navi Mumbai not great usually took an hour to travel in to centre of city. Views from high floors not very picturesque - some greenery, but a lot of industrial units.

Property was very good and very well maintained. Service and staff were very good and always attentive of the details. I was not disappointed by the service level one expects from Taj group.

Hotel location is not suitable for someone traveling for leisure. Hotel is in the vicinity of factories and is good for someone visiting purely for work. Housekeeping did forget to stock coffee and tea several times and we had to request separately.

The breakfast was outstanding. Had everything we wanted and much more. It was a banquet. Before we were finished our breakfast we were asked and given fruit to take back to our room for morning tea.

We have thought about this and we absolutely cannot fault it or find anything that you could improve.

The food was exceptionally good. Chef Dinesh Joshi and Chef Prashant gave some excellent preparations. The staff was friendly and helpful. My massage at the Jiva Spa was good too!! All in all a memorable experience! In fact all my stays in various Taj hotels so far have been memorable. Thanks

staff very very kind and would help you at any possible way for the guest to feel comfortable. Receptionists, driver, Restaurant staff, all deserve best since their efforts are very high to please you.

the prices for food and the restaurant is a bit too expensive. I miss some continental food and also noted in the restaurant thst they should put some marks on the food of spicy level. There is a lot of spicy food and it's hard to know which one is not till you try it.

1. Lovely food. 2. Amazing staff 3. They were willing to go the extra mile to customise the food as per my requirements. 4. Rarely do you find such hospitality. I had a memorable stay.

1. Gym was on the terrace and it'd get burning hot out there. 2. Room service could have been faster and order taking for room service needs improvement. 3. Laundry lead time from the time clothes were handed over to when they were returned was simply too long.

The hotel was really good. Everything nice and clean. The staff was really kind. Everyone! Especially two of them. Mr. Sukh working at the entrance. He's a very polite and cordial person. The other person is that young northern indian woman at the roof top. Such people are the reason why a hotel is special and you feel much more comfortable than in others. I can recommend this hotel 100%.
