The hotel and the rooms are very nice. Bed comfortable, shower fantastic. Housekeeping every day changes everything, always new water. The staff is very nice and helpful. Very good breakfast with live cooking station for omelette, fried egg,pancakes etc. Also the a la carte food is very good, for a hotel in a normal price range.

Sometimes it smells in the night if the AC is on ( it was on to heat, because in December it was pretty cold in the night). The housekeeping staff could be more considerate of the guests who are in the rooms, because they were every the very laud on the floors, which was disturbing. But if you told them, the respected it So still very nice people. Unfortunately the pool on the roof doesn’t match to the pictures, we didn’t use it because it was dirty, very cold and the environment looked lost, as nobody really takes care of it. But a lots of pigeons enjoyed it.

Pool area is underutilised - 1.) the resting chairs next to pool area are camaged by sun, could be replaced. 2.) There could be a nice bar or cafe on roof top with beautiful seating arrangement for which there is enough space. But today there is no way to spend long time next to pool. 3.) Please extend the pool area opening time, today it closes at 7pm. Would love it it could be till 9pm so one could relax after office hours.

The experience was great except for power outage one night several times and light and ac would switch off . Next morning my room was promptly changed. Excellent stay food ..chef even customised my pasta. The amenities gym was clean and well maintained. Courteous staff. easy to get a cab as well. I was not given wifi throughout i had to manage with my Hot spot from mobile thanks to airtel...overall safe and good place to stay . fresh linen and tidy room.big enough and spacious

Perfect over night stay after a 4 hour trip from Agra and was flying from Delhi the next day. Staff very friendly & attentive. Room was really big & clean. Food was good & reasonable priced Choose as had a pool & close to airport but also close enough to a new place we found DFL Cyberhub where there is plenty of bars shops & restaurants only a short taxi or TukTuk ride away.

Very nice facilities, there was a bit of confusion and a misunderstanding when we first checked in but the staff was very helpful to fix those errors and made us feel very welcome afterwards. We were very grateful for the extra effort they made. The breakfast buffet was great! And most of the staff was very helpful and kind.

When we first checked in, The woman working the front desk seem to ignore us, it was a bit uncomfortable because we were skipped twice to check in because couple men came in to check in and got priority. The feminist in me got very upset about that, but I let it go. The first room they gave us was not very clean and also did not have any towels or toiletries. We spoke up about it and said that we were very displeased with the service we received and the room that we received. They went above and Beyond to make up for those errors. Our stay ended up being very pleasant, which we are very grateful for.

I regularly book hotels for my leisure time with family. All the hotel provide same things . It's the people who make the difference. I like the behaviour of Country inn & Suite by Radisson Gurugram Sector 12 Staff and the whole team. All the order and request for room service, housekeeping, restaurant, valet parking 5/5. Even I like the ambiance. Keep up the good work.

I genuinely loved the hospitality, the staff (dining and housekeeping) were really nice people. Always helpful. I would recommend this hotel to everyone (within the relevant budget)

I felt the wifi could have been better. Not that it wasn't working, it worked well for 1-2 devices but they claimed that it worked for 4 devices, which wasn't the case.

Breakfast and dinner is good, your staff is serving as we are at home. Comfortable stay, thanks a lot. Taxi arrangement can also be offered to guests.

Bit improvement is required in change of breakfast Menu, potatoes are served more in breakfast and dinner both.

The rooms were excellent and the food was great. i especially would like to recommend both the chefs who took special care by going out of their way for the food requirements of my son.

The housekeeping staff were at times in a hurry and we needed to tell them multiple times to do the rooms properly

Breakfast was good. A La Carte. I did not take the buffet. Location is in Old Gurgaon. Convenient for business but cannot walk once outside the hotel.

The swimming pool was not great. The gym was very noisy but it was more dependent on the people at that time. It is important to have male staff at the spa. Would have been preferred.
