Clean hotel with nice rooms. Best budget hotel I've stayed in here. I would defintely stay again particularly with the last minute bookng discount I got from Booking.com

The girl at reception tried to tell me that I wouldnt get the price from Booking.com that I showed her was possible on the Booking.com App.even after I booked it. I insisted and then paid the price that I was given through the App. My booking was for an executive room but they tried to give me a different room at first but then I got an executive room. Just don't let reception try to fool you. Even with this experience I would still recommend this hotel due to its price and clean rooms.

I dont have enough words to describe the goods for hotel Arch. Mr. Sunil, the reservation manager of Hotel Arch, was extremely helpful. He arranged everything for us. He arranged our car trip to Agra at a reasonable price, with a tour guide also!! Hotel arch has their own taxis, for airport pick and drop, with reasonable pricing. The food at the hotel was very good. The rooms were spacious and good also!! Thank you so much for making our stay at Delhi comfortable and memorable. The next time I'll visit Delhi, I will of course stay here and will contact Mr. Sunil again, for arranging my tour again!! Thank you so much.

This is close to Airport T3 Room was quite big and clean. Bathroom was clean. Staffs were friendly. Breakfast was good, order puri bhaji and paratha

Outside food not allowed. I ordered Hakka noodles and Tandoori chicken for dinner. Hakka noodle was good but tandoori chicken was average. Portion of food was also small for tandoori chicken. They have airport taxi facilities but they are charging high. While check-in I was informed small cab for T3 terminal will cost me 300 but in the morning they were charging Rs 400 and after I mentioned, He changed it to Rs 300 again. Ola was charging around Rs 150 but because of being late I used their facility.

The overall experience was quite great, the guests felt welcomed and experience right from the front desk was quite respectful, cooperative and welcoming. The hotel is well made the lobby's along with the rooms are quite elegant and nice. There was no hindrance or issues from the hotel of any kind, will surely be a hotel of visit again in the near future and recommend to all my friends and family members.

Room were excellent, food was amazing, the options for restaurants in the hotel was excellent. Rooms were very clean and well equipped. i will be staying again if in Delhi.

Good Budget hotel with the best location.

Restaurant staffs are eating at the corner of the restaurant,behind their station during breakfast. They are repeatedly taking food(hand picking )from the pan or Dish without washing or cleaning their hands. It was very unhygienic and unprofessional for a hotel professional.

Next time I need a window that can open ! And without a mouse in the room too 😵‍💫🥴😮‍💨 Very helpfull and nice staff. Food is oki Roomservice: You can order food at all time

Everything! This hotel has the wow factor the minute you walk in from Aerocity metro station. Fabulous and comfortable rooms with gorgeous bathroom. Perfect location for near the airport. Good customer service. Breakfast buffet, spoilt for choice, amazing! Would definitely go back.

The room was excellent. Coeanliness of bathroom is very important to us and it was very clean. Bed was very comfortable.

There was no breakfast in the morning. We went to restaurant at 9 n were told that they have closed the restaurant for breakfast for some function. That caused little bit of inconvenience coz we had to catch the flight and had no time to look around for the breakfast.

The rooms were very comfortable, and the overall ambience of the hotel was excellent. Food quality were also good. Myself and my family enjoyed our stay at Hotel Arch New Delhi. I will recommend to my all friends & family members.
