The staff are extremely courteous and helpful. The bed incredibly comfortable and breakfast was especially good. On entering the hotel lobby from the chaos of Paharanganj the smell of lemongrass was very welcoming and the atmosphere unexpectedly calm. The bedroom was larger than expected for Delhi and included small bottles of water tea and a kettle. Room service ironed our clothes at no extra cost. Overall this is a lovely hotel and value for money if you want to stay in Paharanganj.

The drive down a very narrow alleyway to reach the hotel which is off the main road was stressful in a large car for my husband but I am sure a rickshaw would have no problem. There was no iron in the room however room service offered to iron our shirt and trousers at no extra cost. We had to ask for the hot water and AC to be switched on.

The receptionists were very nice. And very helpful. The food was only delivered to rooms but was delicious and quickly available. These goes both to the breakfasts included in price as well as dinners ordered.

This part of answer is more difficult: the location of the hotel is super dirty. Generally Delhi is the most dirty when I compare other cities in India (been to couple). In the hotel itself bathrooms are worn out, but rather clean. As we arrived one of the sheets was dirty. The receptionist was happy to exchange it but the guy doing it was very annoyed as he had to do it….

Location was great, near restaurants but on a quiet alley. Very accommodating staff. We arrived at 2am and they were at the front desk to greet us.

Our only issue was that we had arranged a prepaid taxi through the hotel and the driver didn’t show up. There is a prepaid taxi stand at the airport outside Gate 5 and we were able to get a taxi to the hotel for 600 rupees (same price as the arrangement we had made through the hotel).

People where very nice and helpful and everything was clean. The location is very good, the room is spacious and the bed was very comfortable .

Many of the things are already old and you can’t open the blind of the window or close the door of the closet. Also you can hear every noise form the street. It is also good to know that there are taxes that you have to pay there in addition to the room that booking or others does not say.

Excellent stay in the hotel, nice room, room service, fresh & clean bathroom, hot water any time, centralized AC facility, good interior of the room (you can check my captured photographs),. I recommend to everyone to find this hotel and get facility of the hotel. Location wise it is in a good very reachable to new delhi station. Staff is helpful but you will to take up with them for your daily issues otherwise it will not be resolved. But still staff was extremely courteous and helpful especially Mr Sikandar. Good for 1-2 day stay but prefer some other hotel if staying for longer duration.

Carpet of rooms weren't clean enough. Cleanliness was bearable but could have been better. Hotel do not refill for water bottles, toiletries and other stuff until asked with them.

I lost my phone and hotel was very helpul help me! The manager was go with me 15km far to find the stolen phone. So amazing trip. Service is good, hotel is clean in common.

The staff was really nice! They help us get cab from and to the airport, but also a taxi driver for agra to visit taj mahal at the last moment! Really nice people thanks à lot

As we visited here nd time with family, overall experience is very nice and all hotel staff members are very keen in response for services related. Also food served by hotel is awesome and yummy and it is highly recommended to all to try most there veg dishes in there side when you get the chance to visit here with family or friends here. Also Hotel receptionist is very well behaved with us and guide us properly for our visit which was away from our destination.

Nothing special which we didn't like here. Everything is good to go and highly recommended from our side to visit here if you get a chance to stay in New Delhi.
