Because of their outstanding facilities we booked more days into same hotel. Me and my spouse visited Delhi for some medical treatment, so our primary concern was a budget friendly accommodation. So far I found ‘Hotel Sunshine’ was most budget friendly Hotel at that area. Later the hospitality we received it was outstanding, Hotel Sunshine management offered us custom foods as per our requirements, which were not included into their Food menu. Specially they made the situation very comfortable for us. We would like mention one name “Mr. Gaurav”, this man guided us in every steps from the beginning to end. As that was our first visit in Delhi, his behavior and proper guidance made our life easier over there. We would like to thanks team ‘Hotel Sunshine’ and “Mr. Gaurav” for their hospitality.

Small room with small table and cabinet. Everything working, i.e. bathroom, electric stuff etc. Floor well cleaned. WiFi reliable, not always fast. Staff VERY nice and helpful. Next train station about 10 minutes to walk, bus stop is even closer. A great many small stores, street food vendors etc. are 2 minutes away ( on Military Road ). The whole area is worth exploring, with its clothing shops and markets nearby. This isn't for those who really need freshly painted walls. But for a seasoned backpacker like me it was a great stay - and a bargain price - so I would come again !

The window can't be closed tightly - mosquitos enter the room. Occasionally a few insects in the room, e.g. ants.

The hotel is centrally located and in a safe place. The employees, the receptionist, the housekeeper, the security guard were all very friendly and polite. The hotel is a little old but meets your needs. There are receptionists who help you immediately when you make your request. Definitely one of the best in Delhi

Great food at Hotel Sunshine. Staff are lovely and accomadating. Make sure to check out the terrace for a lovely morning tea. The location was just on the edge inside the market, very central. As two Australians it was exciting as we did not see one westerner for our days in Karol Bagh. Perfect for backpackers.

The room was a bit old but it was not unhygienic.

Rooms are spacious and ideal for a family of four members. Room service was available and food quality is also very good. Service was prompt.

Card payment option was there but the receptionist unable to get the machine work.Siince my UPI was disabled, had to pay in cash.

Real value for money Clean and well maintained spacious duplex family room at so less amount. The staff were polite and less talkative but fast in action .also genuinely caring not just fake professional smile on the face . I will definitely recomend others to book with this as different kinds of rooms at budget price are available. My stay with my family of total 6 person was good . I booked it for one night but extended for 2 nights 😊

To reach this hotel we faced difficulties because routes being shown on google map were Blicked by Delhi police at many entry as per their strict night security protocol due to covid restrictions. We suggest the right and fixed route directions shall be updated on the website considering all police blockages.

The location was only a short ride from the city centre, and a short walk to local markets. The room was clean and equipped with more than what we needed. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing information, allowed us to store our bags on-site after we had checked out and helped us to organise transport to the bus station.

The overall management is good, I did not nave any issue & I would recommend this hotel especially if you're solo traveller

Need to do something regarding to the unmarried couple, the information is unclear whether one are allowed or not

Easy to locate. Excellent staff. Very comfortable room.

As far as me concern, I don't think there is something I don't like.
