a well known brand of Hotels at a cheaper price next to a metro station good coverage of all cuisines in complimentary breakfast Buffet food delivered to room was good. be it pizza or rotis even though it was pricey

Chicken curry was good but Chicken smell was raw Pigeon around Swimming Pool Still using mosquito sprays wondering if they ever thought about Mosquito Repellent plants ever Toilet wasn't cleaned properly before we checked in, we could see some traces of the previous occupant Jet Spray length was so tiny it would only come around for a Slim Fit person no Proper door mat close to bathroom wet area and also none at the Bathroom entrance No Travel Desk. As per World of Hyatt App Chat agent there will be one but the reception simply told that "sorry we are a business hotel" but business hotel doesn't have any prominent newspapers. it had something called the daily guardian Airport Transfer or Shuttle was 3000 INR

Staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout the stay and the manager entertained our request to check-in a bit early. Room was spacious, clean and had a good view of the pool Food was delicious (sumptuous potato hash-browns) and they promptly catered to special requests too. Location of the hotel is right next to Janakpuri West station so catching a metro is quite convenient.

Nothing to dislike as such. For visiting the attractions in central and South delhi, the location of the hotel can prove a bit tedious but metro station proximity helps address it to some extent.

The staff was very nice and the location of the room was very nice. The ambience overall was very classy and I liked it very much. From the room service, facilities and the fitness center, all was appreciated in a positive manner.

I don't want to be a picky person, but as a international chain of hotels, that is Hyatt, I expected some things to be better. I noticed that the corridor leading to the room 601 had a moldy smell. Something that comes from seepage/dampness of water leakage. The same smell was persistant in the room as well. Another thing is the vents for the AC were very dirty. I know it is something that does not directly affects me, but it was really something that could be improved. Another last thing, my roon 601 had shoe prints on the wall, below the window. Not a major negative, but slightly off putting.

Although the hotel is far from centre but location is excellent being adjacent to metro and well known to lots cabs, autos etc. The staff is absolutely fantastic. They did not charge or made us wait for early check-in as requested on booking.com. Food is fabulous and restaurant staffs are one of the best in delhi.

My father can’t walk properly; he needs stick but the hotel is little high and there’s no lift or escalator from bottom. Also all the lifts are at the same place so passages are long to cover. There are two receptions but most of the time only one is operating; which also is slow. We had early check-in on ore request but the ususal check in time is 2 pm which is too late.

The hotel was very good value for money. the staff was excellent, specially the staff in the restaurant who went out of their to make special non chilly food for my wife for breakfast and dinner. The gym was good too. The rooms were nice and comfortable, but a fan in the room would have been nice. I would highly recommend the hotel for work or for holiday

Overall a very good experience. The luggage carrier person, (I am sorry I cannot recollect the name), but he was sightly plump and obese. I am sorry for defining about him in this manner. But he was so cordial, quick to assist with handling luggage, patient and prompt in helping; the moment I stepped in; it really set my impression of the place. Then, the staff at the desk (I only conversed on call with him) helped me promptly in changing my room, and even provided me the more desired room. I am really happy that I chose Hyatt.

It was a good stay.

Room had the necessary amenities, was spacious, and well maintained. Bathrooms were clean and well equipped. The breakfast options were comprehensive and well prepared

Gym was well equipped but none of the three treadmills were functional. Difficult to believe that 3 pieces of equipment will malfunction all at the same time. The lifts were slow and some of them had a problem.

The room was comfortable and clean, no complaints there.

The air conditioning didn't seem to work properly and it was quite warm through the night, but it was bearable. I have serious problems with the valet parking though. As advised, we had not left any valuables in the car, but a couple of minor items were missing, and the car had been turned on and kept, probably for the air conditioning, and it was dusty inside.

Proximity to Metro Station

Reception Staff needs more down to earth approach while talking with customers. They should be courteous and kind and have respect while talking. They should answer politely. Training needs to be given to them.

Neat and clean room. Breakfast is excellent. Accessed easily from airport.

I am not complaining. But I observed some chaos at Reception. Needs better coordination here since this is the first contact point. If the check in process is delaying it should be conveyed to the guest. In such case a welcome drink may be offerd to the guest as it is an afternoon time.
