The hotel is well located and specially we chose this one since it was within a couple of Km from the workplace. The hotel rooms are nice and most things in the room worked except the TV ( but we didn't bother about it as we were on a business trip ). The breakfast was pretty decent with some varieties, however we would have liked some more options from the fruits category.

However the maintenance of the rooms was not as great as we would have liked them to be as we did find some bugs in the corners of the room. The hot water was sometimes not available. It is because in a centralised system, sometimes one has to ask them to switch on the central boiler and then one could get hot water after 10 minutes or so. This can definitely be improved.

As a family with 2 small children, we enjoyed staying in the family suit. We especially appreciated the size of the suit and the 2 double beds in it. Room was clean and safe for children. The hotel is 5 min walk from the Nehru Enclace metro station, with metro going directly to the airport.

Booking.com advertises 20% off on beverages and food purchased in the hotel, but that was not given to us. We were also a bit disappointed that there was no fridge in the room, although the room description said there was supposed to be one.

I stayed at Orion Plaza hotel for 2 nights with my one year baby and parents. Its a good hotel. The staff is also quite helpful. We had booked hotel through Booking com and had initially got twin bed. The hotel rooms were clean. Bathrooms well also well maintained. Hot water was available. Food is also really nice. We had ordered vegetarian food for lunch and dinner. Both times received good food. Complimentary breakfast is ok. Overall a decent hotel and a safe one.

Inside of the hotel is more prettier than the outside. colorful/modern furniture in the big lobby. Friendly staff; room was on the 3rd floor but enjoyed the stay in the 2 queen bed and sofa bed suite. Great for 2 adults and 10/12 year old. 2 flat screen tvs worked out perfectly! Clean shower/tub bathroom. Would definitely recommend staying at this comfortable and beautiful hotel.

Well, to me, Orion Hotel was more of a home than any other hotel where I had ever stayed. The live music, together with demanding lighting, made everyone feel quite at home, and thus making it rather difficult to leave the place. The pleasure of staying was all attributed to well-furnished rooms, warm staff, just making us wish we could spend a few more days there.

We had a fantastic experience at this budget stay! The host and staff were exceptional, making us feel safe and welcome throughout our stay. The location was convenient, and the food provided was both homely and reasonably priced. Overall, it was a great value for the rates offered. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time at Orion Plaza Nehru Place . The property is well-maintained and provides a calm and peaceful atmosphere. The staff was always smiling and ready to assist with anything we needed. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall experience was fantastic. A must-visit in New Delhi.
