The room was very comfortable and well set out. It took some time to figure out the various light buttons! The toiletries were good quality. The staff at the hotel were excellent and I was impressed by the attention to making guests comfortable. Breakfast spread was excellent.

Nothing major really, but perhaps more serving staff at breakfast time? The Veg Mezze platter was surprisingly sparse with barely anything in it! Disappointing. Other than tiny kebab like things in tiny tiny pita bread, there were no fresh produce. A mezze platter is a colorful presentation. Please do something about it.

Exceptional customer service. On my 1st day in India. I went to many ATM, only got through cash twice. However, my US bank emailed me to state I had 5 transactions. I had to contact my bank ASAP. But I could not make international collect call to reach them. I asked the hotel Duty Manager Mr. Suryakant Pandey to help. He kindly used his personal phone to call my bank directly and hold it for more than half a hour to wait for a representative to be available. Finally, I was able to talk to the bank representative. The problem was verified and solved! Very happy with the rarely found excellent customer service from Mr. Suryakant Pandey. His kind help was highly appreciated.

Facilities good. Friendly staff. Excellent food quality

When I checked in had to reject 3 rooms. 1) smelling of smoke 2) mould issue 3) wrong room level.. had booked superior room. Wifi issues all the time. Uses and antiquated code system, that kicks you out as soon as you stop using. Also the key cards are antiquated as stop working if come anywhere near phone . The above needs rectification, as constantly frustrating Gym is too small.

The housekeepomg and cncierge serves were excellent

There are no facilities for business working during the day. Our room was surrounded by wedding guests who knocked on our door by mistake, were up befoe six and late taking loudly in the corridor. A more judicisous room allocation woud have helped Breakfasts were disappoin ting

Very courteous staff, pleasant and very helpful. Food very nice and tasty. We enjoyed the breakfast, both continental and indian style. Hotel has a green space you can walk and take fresh air in the evening. Price for hotel cab very reasonable. Near Ambience mall for shopping and Fortis hospital.

I thought the breakfast was good. The staff was helpful and brought cookies and chocolates everyday. The roof was nice with the pool that was open.

It seems like more of a business hotel than for families. The work out room was small. I didn't find a gift shop in the hotel with snacks and sodas. I had to walk out the door and go down a ways to find some.

The team under Mr Pandey did everything to help me after crown plaza left me completely stranded with a severe food poisening. they showed concern for my health and empathy, which was really needed after the experience at crown plaza.

We arrived late for one night only so had a light dinner which was fine. We left for our International flight before breakfast but the staff gave us an adequate packed breakfast.

I have never seen such a lovely, friendly, helpful and supportive staff!. They made our first time in India great. As Delhi is such a hectic and intense place, Pllazio was our calm place. Rooms are comfy and clean with everything you need. Food is delicious.

The polite, considerate and helpful staff especially Mr Pandey, good food, comfortable rooms and excellent hotel cab service.
